"The pictures on hotel.com are misleading property looks old so n outside rooms are very basic no streaming channels even the regular channels where hard to navigate breakfast was not breakfast for me. Would not stay again"

"Great hotel. I did not have a chance to visit the gym or the pool/hot tub but overall experience was very nice. I did notice a large wet spot in my room near the bathroom and the shower was a walk in with only a half fixed glass and the other half open. The open half did not keep the water from splattering over the floor. Poos design for a shower. Also, when I picked up my car from the valet the driver's side window was wide open and it felt like they left the window open all night. Very glad nothing valuable was in the car. "

"Everything was great about this hotel, but the staff were so HORRIBLE! I go to check in and the girl at the front desk is looking at my ID as if it were fake. It was real by the way. Then she asks her coworker something on the side, and I ask what the problem is. At this point she is comparing it to her own ID and asks me for another form of ID because I looked too young. I am 28. I thought it was very unprofessional and I had to pull up a picture of my passport to confirm. I think there are more professional ways to confirm a persons age! It was absolutely ridiculous and she doesn’t deserve to be working there. Otherwise, the hotel was perfect."
