Victoria very rude when confirming reservations. Walls are very thin.. can hear people talking. Charging ports in the couch that has USB ports were not working because the metal prongs were bent. Very low water pressure in the showers, no vents in the bathroom, shower lever felt like it was going to fall off. Asked front desk how to turn on shower spotlight but did not know how. View was gravel and next building. Guests need to pay to have their cars parked there. Only good part was the quick car valet when texting them."

"The whole property is very maintained. Dinner and drinks in the bar area and the indoor pool were nice perks. We had a suite on the 8th floor and were surprised by the size, comfort and furnishings. From the friendly check in to our departure...very satisfied ! "

"great location, with garage spaced ( thought that is a bit confusing to figure out where the space was located); apartment was super comfy, nice size and layout, with living room/open kitchen concept (complete with all cooking and utensils ). Large bathroom w/a nice shower. Towels were wet but we worked that part out. great gym facilities in building and a fun basement equipped with (adult) games! rooftop was not open, even to enjoy the sunny day.. which meant the pool too was not available. I will definitely stay here agin"
