"Housekeeping knocked on my door super loud at 8 A.M. and entered waking me up. Once I checked out to tell the front desk the manager told me she doesn't care pretty much. That it's something they do and she's not responsible for warning guests that this takes place. How unprofessional. "

"It is always a good experience when I stay here"

"Everything went well. However when we got to the property there are no signs of where to go to check in. We parked in the front and opened the door to the casino but didn’t see anything so walked out. I had to call to ask where the registration desk was at. We went to check in and it took about 20 minutes just to get our keys and a map that was so confusing to find our room. The stay was nice. Once we were ready to check out we got to the desk around 10:50 thinking it was going to be a fast check out. There were 2 employees at the front desk and about 4 customers trying to check in/out. The guy in front of me told me to take a seat because they were taking forever. It took about 30 minutes just to get to the front and another 5 minutes to check out. One of the employees should be helping only guest that are checking out as it takes less time than the ones that are checking in or finding a room to stay. Other than this our experience was ok."

"Pros: beds were comfy. Stocked well with linens. Kitchen was well supplied with appliances and such. Enough seating and sleeping spaces for 14 people. Decorated well. Pool was lovely and the cabanas very very nice. Close to the strip and airport. Cons: air conditioning unit broke and it took 24 hours to get it fixed and when it was fixed, it was a male technician when it was a female only household. Neither the owner nor the manager were present for the repair. There was very minimal communication regarding a time estimate for the repair. Couldn't use the front door so it was a pain to load and unload everything. Bathroom fans installed backwards so it blew hot air into the house. When we got there and we're walking around barefoot, our feet were black from the floors. Could not turn left into the house so I had to make a u-turn every time. On a really busy street so not exactly kid friendly. "

"No ashtray in smoking room, no phone or working toilet in room assigned, had to wait for day shift to arrive for room change"

"Great facility. Our particular room had an issue with shower hot water as it took upwards of 10-15 minutes for it to get hot. Other than that, very satisfied "
