Old farmhouse in an idyllic location with a modern, spacious addition, which impresses with its bright, open style and modern architecture. Enjoy cozy living nooks and the romantic log fire in the eco house. The park-like garden is an oasis of calm. Depending on the season, you will discover a wide variety of buds, flowers and fragrances in the lovingly designed flower beds. Harvest seasonal organic vegetables and fruit yourself. Have fun with your children playing football on the large meadow and let the evening end comfortably with a barbecue. From January 2020 a wellness area with sauna and steam bath will be available. You can also bake your own bread or pizza in a farmhouse parlor.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Wirklich ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Alleine die Tatsache, dass die Besitzer selbst zeitweise in dem Haus wohnen sagt schon vieles aus. Alltägliche Dinge sind vorhanden. Sauna und Dampfbad sind das Highlight. Tiefgarage toll, vor allem wenn Schnee fällt und Frost herrscht. Gerne wieder.

nice house in super nice region of steiermark! We loved it!
Die Umgebung ist super sowohl für Radeln (ebikes) als für Wanderungen. Auch baden in einem Schwimmteich nah Stainz war toll! Im großen Haus gibt es ein Pizza Ofen, ein Wellnessbereich und einen tollen Garten. Wir haben uns super erholt!

Sehr zu empfehlen
Das Haus ist sehr schön und sehr sauber. Es ist alles da was man benötigt. Ein sehr schöner Wellnessbereich ist auch vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem Haus. Wir waren zu Silvester, leider wurde in der Umgebung sehr viel geschossen .

Das Ferienhaus hat wirklich alles zu bieten und lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Sehr ruhige Lage am Ortsrand, die Innenstadt von Stainz ist zu Fuß in ca. 30 Minuten erreichbar. Im Haus und der Außenanlage ist alles vorhanden (Pool, Sauna, Dampfbad, Garage, Grill, Sonnenliegen, WLAN, Bücher, vollständige Kücheneinrichtung, usw. Wir könnten sogar ein paar Tomaten ernten. Sehr lecker. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Wir waren zu viert mit einem Hund eine Woche bei bestem Wetter zu Gast und kommen gerne wieder. Buchung, Anreise, Checkin & Betreuung haben ausgezeichnet funktioniert. Vielen Dank für eine schöne Urlaubswoche.

Sehr grosszügiges Haus
Das Haus ist einfach super 😊 sehr viel Platz und helle moderne Räume. Tolles Dampfbad und Sauna. Absolute Ruhe in der Umgebung. Unkomplizierte Hausübergabe und Abnahme. Einfach alles top. Nächstes mal noch 2-3 grosse Kochtöpfe und ein Löchersieb für die Küche mitnehmen 😉👍

Perfekter Platz
Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche im großen Haus mit tollen Garten genossen. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Der große Garten ist eingezäunt, somit war auch für unsere 3 Hunde ausreichend Platz zum Spielen da. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Moderner Anbau an altes Bauernhaus, geschmackvolle Innenreinrichtung mit allem Komfort, sehr schöner Naturgarten, optimale Lage für Ausflüge nach Graz und an die Weinstrasse. Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit mit allerlei Tipps.

Vacances à la campagne autrichienne...
Wir haben dort mit unseren 7 Kindern schöne Ferien verbracht. Die Kinder konnten draussen spielen wenn es nicht zu heiss war. Das Haus ist gross und angenehm. Viele Kinderbücher. Unsere Kinder haben sich sehr darüber gefreut. Wir konnten unser grosses Auto in die Garage parken wo es schön kühl war. Die Vermieter sind erreichbar und hilfsbereit, so wie Frau Lind. Sie ist vor Ort und sehr nett. Die Kinder haben Sie sehr gemocht. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und so schön grün. Stainz ist in ein Paar Minuten erreichbar und dort gibt es alles was man so braucht, sogar ein schönes Freibad.
