"Das Ferienhaus war exakt wie im Inserat beschrieben, charmant, geräumig genug und mit integriertem Erholungsfaktor. Mitten im Wald gelegen sind es dennoch nur 5min bis zum nächsten Supermarkt, zu einem Powercharger oder ins Zetrum der kleinen Stadt Sjöbo. Ein kleiner Hinweis noch: das Doppelbett ist 140cm breit, wer also viel Platz zum Schlafen braucht, sollte das berücksichtigen. Die Kommunikation mit Lina war super einfach und unsere wenigen Fragen hat sie sehr schnell beantwortet. Durch die...

"Die Unterkunft war nicht sauber. Zu wenig Geschirr, für 4 Personen geht es, aber mit 8 Personen undenkbar. Der Flughafen nebenan hat wenig gestört obwohl er direkt an der Unterkunft ist. Die Betten sind sehr unbequem, alle Möbel ziemlich verschlissen und der Staubsauger ist ein Wittz. Kleiner Akkusauger, der Max 10 Minuten saugt. Da stimmt mal das Preis Leistungsverhätnus nicht."

"Wir waren das erste Mal in Schweden und waren begeistert. Unser Aufenthalt war super schön. Das Haus gefiel uns sehr gut, Einkaufmöglichkeiten waren top, die Umgebung für Ausflüge super schön. Ich würde die Reinigung des Hauses nicht durch den Mieter erledigen lassen, weil es da bisschen an "Motivation" fehlt, es so sauber zu hinterlassen wie es eigentlich sein sollte. Wir persönlich wären auch bereit etwas mehr zu bezahlen, wenn das Haus vor Anreise der neuen Mieter von "Profis"gereinigt...

"Das Haus ist an Gemütlichkeit kaum zu übertreffen. Die angrenzende Bäckerei (Eigentümer ebenfalls Vermieter des Hauses) ist super praktisch. Die Lautstärke der angrenzende Straße ist ein Mankos, dessen man sich bewusst sein sollte."

"Für jeden der Ruhe nötig hat sehr schön gelegen Einzige Manko es laufen Bahngleise in unmittelbarer Nähe her die aber in Wohnbereich bei geschlossener Tür und Fenster noch störend sind. Ansonsten muss man schon etwas fahren in Kauf nehmen um zu anderen Höhlen zu kommen ! Sehr nette Leute die gerne weiter helfen ."

"Lotta’s Property is an oasis. Surrounded by beautiful fields, the stable is clean, well appointed and unbelievably relaxing. A family of 6 was perfectly comfortable and Lotta was an excellent host. There is lots to do in the area in Ystad and other nearby quaint towns and villages. Highly recommend Lotta’s excellent stable for a family or group."
