The staff was kind and attentive. The food at the restaurant was fantastic, the bar was classy and cozy both. I recommend booking a city view room. Great location.

the room was top class - the staff where very polite & helpful as i arrived early i was able to put my bags in a room for safe keeping . On my next visit to dusseldorf i will certain be choosing this hotel if rooms are available
