New "CUSTOM" renovation. Beachfront and restaurants just steps away.
- New CUSTOM cabinets, CUSTOM granite counter tops, CUSTOM wall finishes, washer/dryer, dishwasher, travertine throughout, zone air conditioning, glass showers, 3 TV's, free wifi , fully furnished kitchen, gated community, amazing views, 3 minute drive to Red Hook, ferry dock, and grocery store. Quiet, peaceful gated community, 1-2 minute walk to the beach, pool/hot tub access, next to St. Thomas Yacht Club, two restaurants and pool bar on property. Charter boating, kayaking, para sailing, snorkeling, diving, zip lining. It is the CUSTOM VACATION HOME of my dreams. It turned rental after the hurricanes of 2017 and is one of the BEST condos in Cowpet Bay West.
