1. Energy Conservation: Please turn off the AC when not present in the unit.
2. Water Conservation: Be mindful of water usage. Avoid long showers. Our water comes from rain catchment and is stored in a cistern below the house. Please be conservative with water, especially when showering and washing dishes. Your cooperation is truly appreciated.
3. NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the rental property. Please use designated smoking areas, if available.
4. NO PARTIES: Parties and events are not allowed in the unit. Respect the peaceful atmosphere of our property.
5. Noise Ordinance: Keep loud music and other disturbances to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
6. No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed in the unit.
7. Tidiness: Use provided trash bins within the unit. Extra trash bags are available. Please use shoe bins at the front door to avoid tracking sand and dirt inside the unit.
8. Damages and Replacement Fees: Guests will be assessed a present-value replacement fee for any damaged items.
9. Fees:
- Lost Key Fee: $200
- Smoking Fee: $400
- Disturbance Fee: $500 (If security or authorities are called to the scene/unit, or an incident report is filed, this fee will apply. NO EXCEPTIONS.)
10. Respect for Neighbors: Please be considerate of our neighbors' privacy and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
11. Lock Doors and Windows: For your safety, make sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
12. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during your stay. Secure your valuables.
