For your convenience, there is a complimentary shuttle that transports Frenchman’s Cove Owners and guests to Morningstar Buoy Haus Beach Resort at Frenchman's Reef, Autograph Collection and The Westin Beach Resort & Spa at Frenchman’s Reef. The shuttle leaves directly from the Frenchman's Cove Main Lobby.

As you enjoy their restaurants and the public beach, please be advised that Frenchman’s Cove Owners & guests are not permitted to use the pools or other hotel amenities. It is best to plan your travel between the resorts accordingly as this complimentary service has a specific schedule and does not operate outside of the scheduled times.

*Guest is responsible for all fees incurred. These incurred fees are not included in the VRBO reservation - guest will not be reimbursed by the host.*

Guest Requirement
• The guest checking in must be 21+ years old and present a valid credit card for a refundable damage deposit due at check-in (amount may vary, please contact the resort directly for more information). This is issued by the resort.

• To check-in to the resort, we are required to add the primary guest who will be checking in to the reservation. Please be ready to provide first and last name, email, phone number, and mailing address after the reservation is accepted by the Host. The resort will confirm identity and age with the guest’s ID at check-in.

What your VRBO Reservation Covers
• Your VRBO reservation covers lodging only and the resort amenities listed in this VRBO listing.

• Any additional mandatory fees charged by the resort (for example: parking fees, resort fees, local taxes) are not charged through VRBO and must be paid directly to the resort at check-in or check-out.

• These fees are set by the resort, are required, and may change at any time without the Host’s knowledge or control.

Responsibility for Any Additional Resort Fees
• The Host is not responsible for any additional fees or charges issued by the resort.

• The Guest is fully responsible for all amounts charged by the resort, including but not limited to required resort fees, parking, local taxes, incidental deposits, services used, and purchases made on-site.

• The Guest will not be reimbursed or compensated by the Host for any fees, deposits, or charges assessed by the resort.

• Your VRBO booking is strictly for lodging with included amenities as described in this listing.

• The accommodation is owned by an individual timeshare Owner, and your stay is facilitated and arranged by Rentshare on the Owner’s behalf.

Additional Resort Fees
• PAID PARKING: Guest is responsible for the on-site parking fee $25/daily per vehicle. Host (Rentshare) and VRBO are not responsible for the parking fee as it is issued by the resort at check-in. Parking fee is subject to change by the resort. This is a separate fee that is not included in the VRBO reservation and cannot be pre-charged by the host (Rentshare) or VRBO.

• $25/night/villa USVI Government imposed Environmental/Infrastructure Impact Fee will be added to all reservations.

Additional Information
• You may be asked to watch a timeshare presentation, however you are under NO obligation to do so and we recommend politely declining. Presentations can last for hours and we (Rentshare) want you to have a relaxing stay!

• Reserved units are assigned upon check-in.

• Photos are not of the specific villa you are renting and your suite may vary slightly from the photos.

• You have access to all resort amenities for the duration of your stay, including on your arrival and departure day.

• We will always place you in the best villa available, however we cannot guarantee a specific location in the resort.

• Your villa may be a mobility accessible unit.

• Information in this listing is provided by the resort and not independently verified.

• Guests are required to accept additional terms and conditions in accordance with the resort's policies, including any applicable taxes and fees paid to the resort.

• No refunds or credits will be granted outside of the listing's cancellation policy.

• SMOKING POLICY: We are committed to a smoke-free environment. Smoking or vaping in villas, corridors, public spaces, or a patio/balcony may result in a $250 cleaning charge. For outdoor designated smoking areas, see your resort map.

• ANIMAL POLICY: Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at the resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a Room Recovery Fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a Room Recovery Fee in the amount of $500 per pet, and you will be asked to take your pet to a local third-party boarding facility.

• Disclaimer: Resort operators may charge additional taxes or mandatory fees at check-in in accordance with local laws or municipal regulations. These amounts are not controlled by the host (Rentshare) or VRBO. Please contact the resort to inquire for more information.

• RESORT ALERTS: Resort elevators modernization will occur March 1, 2026, through Dec. 31, 2026. Please be aware that the building elevator will be out of order during this time (most buildings only have one elevator). Please anticipate construction noise during business hours. Members of our resort team will be available to assist with luggage and golf cart pick-ups.

The pool will be closed for refurbishment from June 18 to June 24, 2026. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open during this time. Thank you for your understanding as we make this important update.
