    NOTE: Once a month on the Full Moon the beach bar has a party that will play loud music until 11:00pm. This is within local ordinance and it is also beyond our control. Please consider this when booking this property.

Please sweep, wash dirty dishes, leave dirty towels in a pile in bathroom, and take all trash to garbage cans by the parking lot (this is how our COA collects our trash).

No need to strip the beds. Finally, take one last look until next time, and close the blinds to keep the sun out. We do hope you enjoyed your stay.
