The condo was beautiful and perfect for our 5 member family. It was well stocked with things for the kitchen and beach. Lovely views of the water. The owner was great to communicate with and very reachable if we needed anything. Would recommend to anyone traveling to USVI. We will definitely be back.

The views were amazing here. The condo was roomy and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning was very good and each bedroom and living room had its own thermostat so everyone could be comfortable in their own space. The area was clean, quiet, and we felt safe. The Bistro on the beach was literally steps from our door and the kids loved their food options for burgers, pizzas, fries, and chicken nuggets. A more for dining experience was right next door also on the beach that offered seafood or steak. This location was perfect for us and just a few miles from the popular beach locations like Magens, Sapphire, Coki etc. Grocery stores are near also. Stacie was very friendly and accommodating; our first day there she was very helpful in meeting us and going over some things at the condo, giving out her personal cellphone number and responding promptly to my questions about a good taxi service to use. I would highly recommend her and this property and would consider staying here again if we come back to the V.I. In the future. Thank you Stacie for a great stay!

The condo is extremely neat and clean with all amenities needed to feel like it is your own home on St Thomas. Three very spacious bedrooms all with their own king beds and full bathrooms. Perfect family vacation spot with an amazing view of Cowpet Bay.

Great view!! Plenty of space and everything you need. It was nice to have the washer and dryer in the unit. Having beach chairs and beach towels was very convenient. Great communication from Staci with lots of suggestions for activities, restaurants, rental cars and things to bring. Would definitely rent from again.

Great Vacation
We had a great time staying at chasing mermaids. Not sure you could find a better location that has such good access to beach, water, ferries, snorkeling, pool, restaurants, and most anything you’d want to do in St Thomas. Staci is a great host, the unit has a great view of the bay which made for relaxing mornings drinking coffee on the deck. Definitely would recommend to anybody traveling to St Thomas.

Excellent Condo in St. Themes!
This is a wonderful 3-king bed/3-bath condo in a perfect setting. We had 3 couples on a 9-day vacation, and this property couldn’t have been more perfect. The beds are very comfortable, and the condo is clean and in a great location near Redhook. Staci is a lovely host, and super attentive. We would love to return, and highly recommend!!

I am so glad that I chose this host and this condo for my family. The host was fabulous and the condo was perfect. The condo, with its three bedrooms and three bathrooms, made it perfect for our family. We enjoyed the view--both daytime and nighttime (especially the orange/pink-colored sunsets!). I would definitely stay here again to absorb the beauty of the Caribbean.

Pleasant vacation
Our family truly enjoyed vacationing in St Thomas this past week. We were here an entire week relaxing , unwinding and rejuvenating. Booked our stay at Cowpet Bay and were thrill at the hospitality we received from Stacy and Pat. They were both pleasant to work with the entire stay. Stacy went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was successful. She was always available to assist in anyway and returned messages promptly. The place was clean and plenty of room for the entire family . If we ever come back to visit again this will be our 1st choice and selection.

The Perfect Condo!

Staci's place has been the best experience I've had with a rental property. Her condo is updated with beautiful furnishings, and moat importantly, it is clean. Staci provided just about anything you can think of for a beach vacation - as a family of 4, plus my mother this worked out great.

We had 4 adults and 3 children, plenty of room for everyone. We’ve stayed several times at Cowpet and like the location. Condo was clean and well stocked with trash bags, cleaning supplies, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, etc. Beds were comfortable, plenty of linens. Would stay again. Highly recommend! We had an amazing week at Chasing Mermaids! Fantastic location - community pool was great; lovely beach at Cowpet Bay; could grab breakfast, lunch or drinks at Sangria and dinner at Carribean Fish Market - all at your doorstep. Red Hook was only a 5 min drive for the ferry, more restaurants, and shopping. Wonderful condo - The condo itself was probably the cleanest I've ever stayed in; plenty of room for our family of 4; stunning view of the water; beds are very comfortable; well equipped with basic necessities; and had all of the things you could need for trips to the beach or pool (beach chairs, beach towels, noodles, cooler, etc). Great owner - Staci is very responsive, was available to help or answer questions, and just a text away. She even helped us out in a bind when we locked ourselves out of the condo!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We will definitely stay here again! The unit was immaculate, spacious, updated and had everything we could have asked for. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with dishes and cookware in excellent condition, the bathrooms were updated and clean, and the balcony had great views with comfortable seating including table and chairs for outside dining. The unit even had snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, floats, etc. We could not have asked for anything more! Check-in and check-out was incredibly easy and our host was very responsive with our questions.

Amazing Location
We were so blessed to be a very short walk to a great beach for swimming and snorkeling and a pool adjacent to the beach. Our 8 month old granddaughter and her parents were able to really relax and rest. The snorkeling along the side nearest the condo was great. Overall an absolute delight.

We loved it here. The view was awesome. Having the beach bar and grill so handy was a plus. The rooms were spacious and we had everything we needed. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. The beach was beautiful and restful. There was also a pool. Beach chairs, grill included.

Perfect vacation
This was our first time to the Virgin Islands. We traveled with four adults and three young kids. This location was perfect. Lots to do with the beach and pool, and easy access to the rest of Saint Thomas, and the rest of the Virgin Islands via red Hook. The unit itself was spotless, everything worked great, and there was plenty of room for all of us. We hope to be back!
