The 2 full kitchens came quite in handy to cook for the large group. The hot tub was quite useful as we had overcast days which weren't great for the beach. The view of the water was fantastic. "If you are looking for a unique stay with beautiful water views, this is the place for you. We enjoyed the fun little nautical touches throughout the property, right down to the quirky kitchen that made us feel like we were on a boat. I found the Tassimo difficult to use and not cost effective. "Excellent location for Parlee Beach access. We were there for one week at the end of June 2022. We were 4 in our group. The cottage was as expected from the VRBO website. However, upon arrival we had to clean the floors as there was a lot of dirt on them. The place was full of dust all around. We brought our own sheets and pillows and found the mattresses stained.
