The house was very cozy and had great spaces for everyone

It was a nice house. We enjoyed being so close to the pier. We even made it through the trip with one bathroom and 9 people. We're cooking people and we were missing a few things for cooking, but if you're going to be eating out mostly, it's fine. The sunroom area was great for the adults who didn't want to watch what the kids were watching. The only critique was our queen bed had a big dip in the middle so sleeping was not as great as we would like. Oh and we're fan people so ceiling fans would have been nice to have in the bedrooms.
