A family friendly home within steps of the beach in the heart of St. Simons and a short walk to restaurants or the village. Whether you are looking for a coastal retreat to get away or a home perfectly located to dining, shopping, and the beach, for the perfect vacation, Coastal Charm is for you.

The beach will be just steps away. The beach access is located directly beside The King and Prince Resort and you will not need any credentials to access the beach.

Rent a golf cart or bikes and head down to the Village to enjoy additional dining and shopping options and explore the outdoor space near and on the pier. We are happy to facilitate rentals of either for your stay and have them ready for your arrival!

Golf is always a great option as well (Sea Palms and King & Prince Hampton Club both welcome non-members).

You can comfortably sleep 10 adults in this home. Two beds in this home are sleeper sofas.

All linen and bath towels are included for your convenience.

We had a group of 8 and the house was in an amazing location within walking distance to several restaurants and the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay here! The home was super clean, comfortable, and had all the necessities (and more!). Loved the location as well. Ashley and her team were also so great- very friendly and excellent communication! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here or at another one of their properties again :)

Great location!

This condo really was in a great location! The beach is a short walk away which is the real selling point of this location. We loved it! Bike trails, fun places to eat, cute ice cream store etc all in a close radius. The owner was very nice and communicated thoroughly.

Perfect Place for Friends

This place was great!! Location could not be better and the entire place was decorated beautifully. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We had a group of 9 total (7 adults and 2 teens) and it was plenty of space for everyone. Short walk to the beach, grabbed some great food at the Beachcomber (which was just steps away), and coffee in the morning at the cottage. Will be glad to stay here again with our crew!

A Convenient Gem

This townhouse was very convenient to the beach and many other restaurants and shops were within easy walking distance. Our large family had plenty of room and it was stocked with beach chairs and extra beach towels. Management was super and the owner is a lovely person. We will stay again in the future.
