The Domaine de Pont Royal is ideally located between the Alpilles and the Luberon. The 180-hectare estate is gated and fully secure, with security guards at the entrance, and offers a wide range of services and activities. The Pont Royal Golf Course offers an exceptional, internationally renowned course designed by Severiano Ballesteros.

You’ll stay in a beautiful, spacious 3-bedroom Provençal-style villa of very high quality, perfect for a delightful holiday with friends or family.
You’ll enjoy a pleasant, private, and quiet setting with no direct neighbors, featuring a terrace, garden, and a large pool. The residence’s orientation allows you to enjoy both the sun and shaded relaxation areas thanks to its thoughtfully designed spaces.

The house is located on a fenced-in lot (where one vehicle can be parked). Outside, you’ll enjoy:
- A shaded terrace for dining (seats 8),
- A heated 4x10 m saltwater pool with a counter-current swim feature.
- A relaxation area with sun loungers in a landscaped garden.
- BBQ

Inside, on the ground floor:
- A large living/dining room with a beautiful fireplace, equipped with a large flat-screen TV (smart TV with internet connection) and a Wi-Fi-connected Sonos-style speaker
- Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.)
- Separate toilet & closet in the entryway.

Upstairs:
- 3 bedrooms, two with a 160x200 bed and the third with two 90x190 beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a large closet. All bedding is new.
- One bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.

The villa is located right next to the golf course (18 holes + 9 holes), tennis courts, and equestrian club, as well as the “Pierre et Vacances” village and its amenities (including water activities: large pools, one of which has a wave pool, water slides, a rafting river, ... )—for a fee—

On the estate: a supermarket, bakery, newsstand, restaurants, a tourist office, and a market held twice a week.

Pont-Royal’s location provides quick access to all services and shops in Mallemort (3 km) or Salon-de-Provence.

Within a 30- to 40-minute drive, Pont-Royal’s ideal location makes it easy to visit the Luberon, Avignon and its City of the Popes, Aix-en-Provence, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, and Les Baux-de-Provence. The coast at Marseille and its calanques, Cassis, Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, Bandol, and along the Côte Bleue (Carry-le-Rouet and Sausset-les-Pins).

The house is accessible by train via the Avignon TGV station (less than 3 hours from Paris), with car hire available at the station. If you’re coming by car, access is less than 10 km away via the A6 highway. Marseille-Marignane Airport is a 50-minute drive via the highway.

During peak season, check-ins and check-outs are preferably scheduled for Sundays to facilitate access for guests travelling from afar; please send a message in advance to help us arrange your arrival.
