We had a lovely experience. No elevator for higher floors so just be aware of that but if that is not a problem (wasn’t for us) then you are okay! Beautiful town, great location and staff was wonderful!

This is a restaurant with rooms. As it has a Michelin star the food is excellent, & very, very expensive. (We only ate there once & I could not really afford that). However, I do not know if it is because of Brexit or merely because we are elderly, but I could could not understand why my wife & I were forced to eat alone in a large restaurant when everyone else was dining al fresco in the Provencal evening Sun. The outside dining area was NOT full as we saw two unused tables for two. The rooms were not good. As my wife & I are both in our 80th year I had requested an accessible bedroom. We were not on the ground floor but had to struggle up a flight of above normal stairs. After the first night they had to change our room as there was a large damp patch on the carpet and the toilet flushed continually. The rooms lack chairs, so the bed is the only place to sit. They also lack adequate lighting, a cheval mirror, etc. etc. On arrival the table in our room contained a bottle of fizzy water, that we gratefully drank. However, for our next four nights stay it was never replenished. It proved a disastrously expensive stay as when we were leaving I noticed that my car door had suffered damage that is going to cost me €250 to repair (my car was on the street as the restaurant/hotel does not have its own parking.) The owners may know restaurants - hotels are a separate and distinct business requiring a different skill-set that they are yet to acquire.

First we called ahead to explain that we would be late arriving. When we arrived, we were told that the reservation from Expedia, which was for 2 rooms (we had email confirmation of this from Expedia) was incorrectly communicated to the hotel as only 1 room. So they found another room for us in a nearby hotel and paid for it, which definitely made up for it, but we are left wondering who was at fault. The less than perfect rating is for a pile of dirty towels that were permanently in front of our room, which was room #2. I don't know if it's because the laundry is right there, but that is not professional. Also, this is a delightful, high end hotel, with a very high end courtyard restaurant that you have to pass through to get to the reception and then your room. The problem with that is that we felt very self conscious because we arrived by bicycle and were dusty and sweaty to say the least, walking by diners dressed to the nines trying to have an exceptional experience in this elegant setting.

Very nice and agreeable couple who run this hotel and restaurant. Sadly the restaurant was closed on Wednesday night when we were there.

Chambre donnant sur la cour où se prennent repas et petit déjeuner très bruyant si il fait chaud et que vous vouliez ouvrir les fenêtre sans mettre la climatisation De plus nous ne pouvions ouvrir les volets de la chambre car des grands parasols suspendus dans la cour étaient devant la fenêtre Petits déjeuners copieux pas de repas pris à l hôtel c est hors de prix car on nous fait payer cher l étoile du Michelin

Plus un restaurant qu'un hôtel.
En plein centre-ville très bien mais chambre donnant sur le restaurant et beaucoup de bruit matin et soir. Sèche cheveux en panne, pas de place pour ranger nos vêtements et pas de parking privé. Repas très bon mais pour le prix la chambre n'atteint pas notre expectation

Ja tinha ficado hospedada no hotel no ano anterior,gostei muito e quis retornar.Mas esse ano fiquei um pouco decepcionada.O quarto em que ficamos estava muito barulhento e foi preciso pedir a recepcao do hotel para pedir a familia de cima que parasse de pular.O cafe da manha que tinha sido excelente no ano anterioir,foi caro demais e pessimo em opcoes!

Parfait : chambre très spacieuse, grande salle de bain, propreté irréprochable, idéalement situé en plein centre de St-Remy avec un immense parking gratuit a 2mn a pieds. Isolation phonique au top plus clim = nous avons dormi comme des bébés 😊 Nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant ni le petit déjeuner. A l'occasion si nous retournons à St-Remy ce sera au même hôtel.
