"Poolside was ok room was clean but laundry needs improvement but otherwise it was good"

"No remote for tv. Toilet seat not even bolted to toilet. Never had room cleaned, no fresh towels nor ashtrays for a smoking room. None of the employees spoke or understood English. Were using translator on phone. "

"Had to flush toilet multiple times to get anything to go down-mold as well in bathroom. Elevator was also incredibly slow. Just upkeep things. Staff, breakfast & everything else was great. I was also placed in a room $200 more expensive than expedia quoted. "

"Room did not appear to have been fully cleaned before check in. Bedding was old or dirty. Items left in mini fridge from previous guests. Water did not get hot and box AC unit did not cool room. Staff did not answer or respond to calls timely or at all. The photos that are displayed were not accurate and did not truthfully reflect the conditions of this hotel. "
