We supply our guests with comfy portable beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels.

Under 21 and wanted somewhere close to the beach and walkable. Loved being so close to the beach, able to walk to ice cream, restaurants and the beach, and also being able to cook at our place.

We got there 3pm had a family emergency at 130am had to pack up and leave but while we were there plenty of restaurants to choose from and cute location and cute place..bed was a bit too uncomfortable though..thats what i would change

Adorable clean and cozy right across from the gorgeous beach!!Was able to walk to everything and had no problem getting on the trolley up and down gulf blvd!!!The neighborhood was great!!!

This is the perfect spot for one or two people near the beach. It is clean, well-stocked, and very walkable. The managers were very responsive when I emailed them. There are a free washer and dryer on site and plenty of beach equipment if you need it.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Walking distance to a cafe for breakfast and restaurants for lunch and dinner. A one minute walk to the beach for amazing sunsets. The property was clean and the room has been updated. We will definitely be coming back!

This was perfect for a quick beach getaway. Access to the beach was amazing. Restaurants within walking distance. The room is small (shower was tight) and basic but it covers all basis and is clean and safe. That's all we needed! Would definitely come back again.

This unit was older, but very clean and nice. It was super close to the beach and had chairs and an umbrella available for the beach as well. Everything needed for the stay was available, the sheets were soft and clean, and the unit was in a safe neighborhood. I'd definitely stay again.

Great location, clean, sufficient amenities and excellent communication with owner. Unit is small and simple but excellent value. Laundry facility was huge plus. Door lock Batteries issue was immediately resolved, great responsiveness.

We loved it was so close to the beach. We also liked that there were beach chairs to use. It was clean when we arrived. There were not many bath towels or wash cloths for the days we stayed. The shower didn’t drain well at all. We had to wait several minutes between showers for it to drain.

You don’t need to be on the beach to enjoy a beach vacation. This comfortable little unit is a short walk to the beach. I’ve stayed in beachfront resorts where I had a longer walk. The unit itself is small but comfortable — perfect for one or two people. The kitchen is perfect for supplementing the many restaurants in the area — many of them also in walking distance. The rental company was very responsive with questions and check in was easy. If you’re looking for a comfortable and affordable rental a stone’s throw from a beautiful beach, this is the place. I’ll definitely be returning.

Chose to go back home rather than try to sleep a second night on that old worn out hotel basic spring mattress. Unfortunately it ruined our whole long weekend.

We were looking for something nice and affordable for our honeymoon. This property had everything we needed! It was just bring enough for 2 adults. Laundry on site, beach chairs, beach towels, linens, paper products, even toys for kids. The beach is just 1 street over, 2 minute walk max. A lot of good restaurants around!! Guppy’s, Crabby Bills, and Backwater on Sand Key we’re all VERY good restaurants. 10/10 recommend all of them. The only critique I would have is, there is no full length mirror, yes I know, not a huge deal but us woman love our full length mirrors lol!! We would definitely stay again!!
