Come and enjoy your perfect vacation at this relaxing home! Newly updated 2 bedroom home with private parking and private yard. This home is located in the popular street of Sunset Point with plenty of restaurants nearby and CLEARWATER'S BEACH 7 MINUTES AWAY, plus to top it all its minutes from downtown Dunedin with so much night life to offer. Im sure you will enjoy your stay!
The space
As you come in you'll be welcome by the full kitchen with fridge, conventional stove with 2 burners, small oven, coffee maker and blender. Continuing you'll walk into the dining room/living room combo with dining room, sofa bed and 48 inch smart TV. The first room features a bunk bed with 2 twin beds with dresser and ceiling fan for your convenience. Then you will find plenty of amenities in the newly remodeled bathroom such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc. The final room is the master room with queen bed and nicely decorated with private entrance to the backyard where you will enjoy the bbq grill and seating space.
Guest access
You can access the entire space. The building is a duplex with the other side also being rented but you will have everything completely independent such as driveway, entrance, backyard, and everything inside the unit.
Other things to note
This is a great location with via to beaches and night life but it can be noisy because its located in sunset point one very popular street.

Sunset Stay

The “Sunset Oasis” is on the small side however it accommodated my kids and I nicely. We liked the fact that it was a close driving distance from Clearwater Beach and it’s location was nice and peaceful.

Spring Break

Photos show bunks in office, replaced with a futon. Pull out couch mattress was stained and no bedding or pillows could be found. Our group included a 15 yr old girl and a 14 yr old boy. Half roll of toilet tissue on holder in bathroom and a half roll in cupboard. We stayed Saturday night and got a hotel room for the rest of our vacation.

Everything was fine and nice except that th bed sheets in the small bedroom wasn't clean , it has some wrinkles like when a person slept on it and it was dirty on the bottom

The property is listed as a two bedroom. The post even shows two bedrooms and beds. The so called second bedroom was extremely small and had a desk and a small sofa in it. (My friends had to be separate and one sleep on sofa in living room and one in second room) also there is no ventilation in the second room so unless you leave the door open it becomes extremely hot. Also the WiFi router is in the neighboring unit we were told and we had no WiFi so couldn’t watch tv. extremeley
