About this property

GulfSide Resort has poolview on 2nd floor, onsite bbq, pool & putting green

  • GulfSide Resort is family owned. We have 10 beautiful vacation suites that sit just a block and half from the sands of St Pete Beach. Easy walking distance to numerous beach bars, restaurants, and shopping. Our property is comfortable and relaxing. Each unit faces the pool. Parking is safe and close to your front door. We have a huge pool with fountain, a shuffleboard court and a putting green. Beautiful property! We also have beach chairs and beach toys for the kids too. Gulfside Resort is a NO SMOKING & NO PETS community!

    The space
    Unit 8 is our largest studio and has LOTS of natural light. It sits on the second floor and over looks the pool. It has a queen bed and a very nice size bathroom. The inside pictures of this unit are outdated. It looks even better than it shows. It has approximately 420 Sq Ft with comfortable seating. All of our units have split unit air conditioners that are efficient and quiet. Kitchen is stocked with microwave, stove, utensils, dishes, pots and pans.

Perfection

About as well-run a rental as I've ever experienced. Easy parking, easy check-in, easy communication. Location is prime: just off Gulf Blvd, tucked away on immaculately landscaped lot, and 2 blocks from beach. Close to everything but clean and quiet. High quality, and priced right. If you're looking for value - this is it.

The hosts were great- super communication, friendly, welcoming! The location is outstanding- walking disance to EVERYTHING! The room was just right for us and the extra amenities (pool, putting green, shuffle board, beach chairs/wagon/umbrella/towels) were the icing on the cake.

The gulfside was great! The room was clean and the whole property was really nice and well taken care of. The pool and putting green were great, and they were able to provide chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and beach towels to bring to the beach (which was very close within walking distance). Jim was super helpful with any questions we had and was very accommodating. 10/10 would recommend if heading to this area and we will definitely be staying here again!

Great place!

It was our first time at St. Pete Beach and we didn't know what to expect. We loved this place. The location is great - within walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. Highly recommend!

We had a great time! They were very accommodating and helpful. It is a large studio apartment type room with a couch and full kitchen next to the F/Q bed which was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious. The entire suite was extremely clean. The pool was crystal clear!

Love this place

We had a great time here, super quiet not busy, neighbors all have a great attitude. We had an issue with our AC and Jim was super accommidating. They were able to move us to another unit and get it fixed. All the rooms were so clean. Place is close to everything and they had great recommendations on all places to eat and play. Will definitely stay here again!

Wedding Trip

Everything went so smoothly for our trip. Owners checked in at various times to make sure all our questions were answered. Check in was very easy...just walk in and relax. The resort is beautiful, very nice and clean. People were friendly within the resort and in the area. It definitely exceeded our expectations! Looking forward to coming back! Thanks!

We finally found our spot! After 5 years and 10 stays in other accommodations in and around St. Pete Beach, we’ve decided this is the one for us. We will be back! Jim is a host extraordinaire, making everyone feel welcome and creating a sense of community among the guests from the moment of arrival. We found the room to be perfect for our needs. So many small things added up to a warm, welcoming experience—a clean inviting pool, a mix of tables and benches and lounge chairs around the pool, grills, beach chairs, nice quality sheets, a wonderful variety of pillows for every preference (who wants a sore neck on vacation!), nice beach towels, tasteful furnishings and decorations, potted plants around the unit entrance. The AC and ceiling fans worked perfectly (and quietly), and the kitchen had everything we needed, including, much to our delight, an electric kettle for making tea. Nice quiet street close to shops and restaurants and just a short stroll to the beach.

Although not our first visit to St. Pete Beach, was our first time at Gulfside Resort. Was happy with our choice. Very friendly people and clean comfortable accommodations. Had a truly relaxing stay!

Amazing!

Staying here was absolutely amazing! Jim was on the property every day and was very friendly and always up to talk. The beach is a short walk away, everything is really within a few minutes of driving or walking. The pool is a nice size and never too crowded. The room was absolutely perfect for you and your partner! Plenty of dishes and refrigerator availability! Will be back!!

It’s a small friendly resort with great pool area and grounds, close to beach, not crowded and offers a peaceful quiet & relaxing experience. Owners are great, very welcoming. Definitely recommend and stay again.

Beautiful property and only a handful of units, so private pool and lounging was amazing. Just a block off the beach and walking distance to all things st. Pete's no need for a car. WE WILL BE BACK
