GulfSide Resort is family owned. We have 10 beautiful vacation suites that sit just a block and half from the sands of St Pete Beach. Easy walking distance to numerous beach bars, restaurants, and shopping. Our property is comfortable and relaxing. Each unit faces the pool. Parking is safe and close to your front door. We have a huge pool with fountain, a shuffleboard court and a putting green. Beautiful property! We also have beach chairs and beach toys for the kids too. Gulfside Resort is a NO SMOKING & NO PETS community!

The space
Unit 8 is our largest studio and has LOTS of natural light. It sits on the second floor and over looks the pool. It has a queen bed and a very nice size bathroom. The inside pictures of this unit are outdated. It looks even better than it shows. It has approximately 420 Sq Ft with comfortable seating. All of our units have split unit air conditioners that are efficient and quiet. Kitchen is stocked with microwave, stove, utensils, dishes, pots and pans.

The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

Perfection

About as well-run a rental as I've ever experienced. Easy parking, easy check-in, easy communication. Location is prime: just off Gulf Blvd, tucked away on immaculately landscaped lot, and 2 blocks from beach. Close to everything but clean and quiet. High quality, and priced right. If you're looking for value - this is it.

Great place!

It was our first time at St. Pete Beach and we didn't know what to expect. We loved this place. The location is great - within walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. Highly recommend!

Love this place

We had a great time here, super quiet not busy, neighbors all have a great attitude. We had an issue with our AC and Jim was super accommidating. They were able to move us to another unit and get it fixed. All the rooms were so clean. Place is close to everything and they had great recommendations on all places to eat and play. Will definitely stay here again!

Wedding Trip

Everything went so smoothly for our trip. Owners checked in at various times to make sure all our questions were answered. Check in was very easy...just walk in and relax. The resort is beautiful, very nice and clean. People were friendly within the resort and in the area. It definitely exceeded our expectations! Looking forward to coming back! Thanks!

Relaxing and comfortable!

Although not our first visit to St. Pete Beach, was our first time at Gulfside Resort. Was happy with our choice. Very friendly people and clean comfortable accommodations. Had a truly relaxing stay!

Amazing!

Staying here was absolutely amazing! Jim was on the property every day and was very friendly and always up to talk. The beach is a short walk away, everything is really within a few minutes of driving or walking. The pool is a nice size and never too crowded. The room was absolutely perfect for you and your partner! Plenty of dishes and refrigerator availability! Will be back!!

Great resort near beach and restaurants, well maintained property & grounds, friendly owner & guests

It’s a small friendly resort with great pool area and grounds, close to beach, not crowded and offers a peaceful quiet & relaxing experience. Owners are great, very welcoming. Definitely recommend and stay again.

Best beach stay yet!!

Beautiful property and only a handful of units, so private pool and lounging was amazing. Just a block off the beach and walking distance to all things st. Pete's no need for a car. WE WILL BE BACK
