Bright and cheery 2 BR/2 BA fully furnished condo with waterway view. Comfortable king size bed with new mattress in Master Bedroom, MB has new renovated bathroom with walk in shower, Queen + 1 Twin bed in Guest Bedroom. Flat screen tv and DVD in Living Room and both bedrooms. Living Room sofa features 2 built-in recliners. Upgraded kitchen and baths. Full size washer/dryer. New kitchen appliances. New HVAC unit 3/21.

Tennis/Pickleball and Shuffleboard courts are now open

Amenities include: Largest heated pool on Anna Maria Island, private beach access, tennis court, shuffleboard, bocce ball, pickleball, fitness center, BBQ grills, kayak launch and fishing pier. Basic cable and WIFI internet access are included. 7 days minimum stay with monthly rates available.

Unit provides 6 beach chairs, umbrella, beach buggy, small cooler, boogie board, noodles and floats.

PLEASE NOTE - Only 2 vehicles can be parked at the unit; this includes golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.
