This condo was in a perfect location with an easy drive to the beach. The area had a lot of restaurants surrounding but you do need a car to get around. The building and all around was clean and very nice. The pool was nice and clean. We would definitely consider stay again. It was a very nice place.

We stayed for 4 days and the condo was exactly what I expected . It was a very clean and beautiful designed condo and made our stay relaxed . Alina , the host was great and the area was next to many stores and very close to Clearwater Beach which was great ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a lovely stay at this condo. It was peaceful and had everything we needed. It was really clean and quiet. Location was close to everything even a short drive to the beach. We didn't have to deal with crowds at the pool.

Take the plunge and book your stay. This particular info was on the first floor right by the parking lot. And very close to walk to the pool. You need to have a car so you can travel to all the different beache. We went to a different beach everyday. This place was stocked with everything you could need and Alina was wonderful. I will be back. ❤️

Wonderful place to stay in Clearwater. Convenient to everything Clearwater offers - beaches, restaurants, attractions and anything else of what may interest you. Condo was very clean and comfortable for us four adults. Has everything you would need (except Kleenex), just like back home. Publix store across the street for all your food and beverage needs. Will stay again when back in Clearwater.

Property was as advertised. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Close to Clearwater Beach, there’s a nice bar and grill next door for food and you’re close enough to stores to cook for yourself. If I’m ever in Clearwater I hope this rental is available as this will be my first option to book. Alina was great!

The condo is very convenient and very modern decor. The heated pool and hot tub is a great plus for winter and kids. The beach is not far but, you have to get an early start or you will be stuck in traffic. Overall, great place.

This condo was comfortable, clean and pleasantly design. It’s location made it easy access to Clearwater Beach and other surroundings areas we wished to visit. When not at the beach the complex had a pool for swimming. A nice addition. The condo was a very positive part of our trip.

This is a very comfortable, totally renovated condo featuring a "beachy" theme and offering lots of amenities. The fully stocked kitchen was the best I've encountered in our previous rentals. The neighborhood is friendly, close to shopping and expressways. Alina was attentive to our needs that helped us enjoy our Florida stay. Great pool and exercise facility Would rent again!!!
