Tastefully decorated throughout, this condo includes a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, over the range microwave, coffee maker and more), new granite counter tops, upgraded cabinets, washer, dryer, queen sized bed and queen size murphy bed (with optional 3" memory foam mattress topper), large walk in closet, flat screen TV in living room and bedroom. Relax with your morning coffee or enjoy your evening sunsets on the large lanai.

A beautiful clubhouse which includes a 24-hour fitness center, media room, resort-style pool is also available on the premises.

Lovely condo in a lovely spot
This was our second time staying in Nadia’s condo. We loved our first time here so we came back a second time. Condo is conveniently located 5-7 min drive from the beautiful Clearwater beaches, Pier 60, etc. Lovely pool very close to the unit. Grocery store within walking distance. This listing has everything you need for a relaxing vacation in the sun and heat of Clearwater. It is tastfully decorated with all the comforts of home too. Shopping for groceries is right across the street theres a great place to eat within a 5 minute walk complete with an outdoor patio. The pool is clean and heated to a perfect temperature.

Our condo was very comfortable and very nicely appointed. The host was very attentive and helpful with all needed information. As we have stayed previously at the Avalon, it is appropriate to compare our unit to others we've had. I would put this unit at the top of the list, as it had every convenience and looked very nice. Condo is wonderful and the bed to die for! Haven’t slept that well in a long time. Owner is fantastic everything was wonderful. We had a little blip with the cable tv in the bedroom, but Nadia was great at helping us get it fixed. No complaints. Thank you for an amazing stay and hopefully another one next year. :)

What a gem
We had a wonderful stay in Nadia's condo. It had all we needed and more. Beds were very comfortable to sleep in, everything was clean. The washer and dryer in unit was very helpful. Kitchen had all the basics we needed. The pool is mere steps away from the condo and very convenient. Pool was also very nice, water temperature was excellent and comfortable at all times. Property is located in a convenient area, away from the hustle and bustle but only about 7-10 min drive to beautiful Clearwater Beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby and Publix grocery store just across the street from the apartment complex. Thank you Nadia, we hope to be back again soon!

Stayed between April 28 to May 5 with my family and loved the place. One bedroom condo was very clean and had all the amenities a guest could ask for. Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler are very practical and appreciated. Very comfortable master bed and equally comfortable Murphy style bed that is easy and quick to assemble. My 10 year old son loved it. Land line for phone calls also very handy. Great kitchen and bathroom. Enclosed veranda with open air space (lanai) is a great place to relax. The owner was terrific, always available to answer questions or concerns. Grounds with pool, gym and walking paths are terrific. Highly recommend.
