This quite fully furnished 2 Bedroom/2 bath condo is located on the first floor and is available for rent starting on 12/14/2022.
This condo comes with one parking stall and is conveniently located in a quite neighborhood that is only a short drive away from grocery stores and only 6 min drive to St Pete Beach.

This complex has a heated pool and coin laundry on premises.
There is a beautiful private Pier that is part of the building where you can enjoy breathtaking views of dolphins swimming by.
The pier area is equipped with BBQ grill and seating.

It is a pet friendly complex.

$250 non refundable cleaning fee will be collected as well as a non refundable pet fee of $250.
No smoking!

Min. 6 months rent preferred.
