It is a nice hotel, waterfront and quiet area. But when I got out of the elevator on the third floor the carpet had a humid smell. Then when we were in the room a little dog next door started barking for a while. The beds are confortable and the room is updated and clean, the air conditioner works very well, the room was very cold when we got in there. We were in the room 316, third floor. The breakfast has warm food, and everything we like.

I wish i got her name, but the lady at the front dest was very polite and helpful. I needed to extend my reservation and she was able ro help and found a way to get me more time at a discounted price

I reserved 2 rooms. No hot water in my shower but there was in the bathroom sink, my son's room had no cold water in his shower straight hot hot water.

My children had a lively time in the hot tub and pool. The breakfast was ok and the staff are friendly. They clean the room daily that was very nice. The walls are a little thin and need to ise inside voice.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had lots of choices, all prepared well. Small market in the lobby was an unexpected bonus. Towels were fluffy, room was very spacious and well-appointed.

Did not like the room we got, stayed 6 nights, was hoping for room with better view. Ask for better room on arrival but the lady who checked us in didn't do any effort.( dont remember her name) she almost overcharged me $200. Rest of the staff very nice and friendly. Good location and good place.

This place was great. Staff and rooms were beautiful and very well clean. My only disappointment was the fitness room. Treadmill didn't work at all. Ellipical has not been maintained and was rusty and hard to move. Ended up doing a workout in our room off of our phones.
