Beach house

The proximity to the beach was wonderful! Walking distance to restaurants and shops. The house is kind of dated and it would be a lot nicer if all of the old carpeting was taken out. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay again.

Birthday weekend

Great place! Location to beach amazing! Fun bars restaurants within walking distance. Only hick up was the punch key on front door, worked sometimes - but a key was available. Host was great helping with the situation. I would stay there again!

Great Sunset Views and Easy Beach Access

We loved the beach access and the sunset views! These were the reasons we booked this and we loved it. We also found that there were many food options within walking distance, which was a bonus.

Wonderful Sisters Getaway

We had a wonderful stay, the location was wonderful! The house was just as we hoped and very comfortable. The beds fairly comfortable and the storage unit was filled with chairs and everything you’d need! We would definitely rent again!

50th Bday weekend

The property is very spacious and located in an incredible location. Very close to everything yet quite with incredible views. Owner was very accommodating and quickly responded. Would stay again.

Perfect Location

Great Location, walking distance to everything. Other than needing some light bulbs replaced, more cooking utensils, and some updating the house is absolutely perfect. Great views from every room and balconies. Very clean inside and out. If you want beachfront, this is it! Would stay here again.

Perfect Vacation Getaway

This location is absolutely perfect. We were able to walk to so many great shops and restaurants. Many of things just a short drive away as well. We will most definitely be booking here again. Thank you to Andrew the Host as he was very accommodating and quick to respond.

A true beach house

A true 70s beach house stay. If your looking for pomp and circumstance this is not your place but if you want to chill/relax and enjoy the beautiful Clearwater Beach this IS the place. Enjoyed and hope to be back!!

Amazing spot! Rare find

Very hard to find beachfront houses in Florida, let alone at Clearwater. The location is amazing, views from the balconies are great. Very clean, love that it has 3 full bathrooms. Very walkable, we didn’t use our cars at all during our trip. We will definitely be back next time we visit the area.

Perfect Beach Location

We love the easy access to the beach - to the park and within walking distance to restaurants. It is spacious and light and plenty of room to have family or friends come and stay. The only reason we didn't rate 5 stars is that it is somewhat dated - outdoor furniture is not comfortable, beach chairs were non-existent (could be from earlier storm?) and dishware is not conducive to beach house.However with that being said - we have returned because the owner is responsive and the location can't be beat.

Great Location!

The best thing about this place is the view and location. You get to see the sunset everyday, and you are right on the beach. Place is a little dated but it is very spacious. Closet has lots of basic stuff for the beach. Host is very responsive. Definely would recommend to a friend.

It was such a beautiful location. The weather was horrible but the house was so perfect and location was amazing. The owner responded back to me quickly. Everything went smooth and I am already looking to book again.

Just got back from a 4 night stay at this property. As mentioned in other reviews, the location cannot be beat. RIGHT on the beach! Beautiful views from both balconies. Great communication with the representative. No issues. Would stay again.

Breathtaking view!

We stayed here for 6 nights & absolutely loved the gorgeous evening sunsets! Checkin was a breeze! It's walking distance to so many great restaurants, shops & the famous Pier 60. We will definitely be booking again in the future! Well worth the money. Thank you Andrew for your quick reply when we couldn't figure out the TV.

Hidden treasure

This place is magnificent! Me and the lady spent three days in our own little paradise. To be able to walk out barefoot at anytime to the beach is amazing. Or we get dressed up just to walk the strip and find some good food. We will definitely be coming back in the near future. Thank you!

Long weekend with Family

What a fabulous place to gather with your family. Perfect location, great floor plan/ layout and the perfect view to wake up to. Steps alway from all the best restaurants and shops and the perfect place to start your walk to north up the beach. We had a great long weekend and the entire process with the property manager was seamless and all of our needs were met. We cannot wait to return again. We have shared the details with other friends and family members that stopped by to spend the day at the beach with us and they all loved it too. Highly recommend!

My favorite place to stay on Clearwater Beach

We've stayed here before, and will definitely stay here again. As pointed out in quite a few other reviews, this is the best location on the beach.Or, should I say "in the beach" as this beach house is tucked in behind two sand dunes - at least one of which currently has a turtle nesting in it. She made a surprise detour across the back of the property and it was amazing to watch her make her way to the dune!This is a quiet neighborhood, but just a short walk south (which our kids like) is all the activity of Pier 60 and South Clearwater Beach. A leisurely beach walk (a few miles) north brings you to the natural beauty of Caladesi Island. (My favorite beach walk.) The gulf front beach views are unparalleled - from every room, including the kitchen. There are porches from each bedroom, as well as from the dining room, which provides a lovely place to work or read while still being "at the beach." You will never miss a sunset. I'm always sad to leave and look forward to visiting again.

Awesome view

Easy to find; plenty of parking; easy to enter the home with the door code; 29 steps from parking, to the top floor!; awesome view on the second/living room floor; tons of space; it has old screen doors, which I thought made it feel cozy; the place was not very clean; loved that it had a washer and dryer; the bedrooms are nice in size; beds were comfy; neighbors are very close; walking distance to just about anything. We would not return because of the lack of cleanliness and closeness of neighbors. Otherwise it was ok.

Great Location

The location was definitely the best part! The house needs lots of tlc. Most was cosmetic and easy to look past. Very little of all kitchen items such as pans, dishes, silverware, glasses. There were less chairs in the dining room and balcony than in the listing pictures. The blankets were dirty when we arrived and the floors felt slummy. The neighbors were up all night partying and constantly had way too many cars on the street. Trash trucks and landscaping guys woke us up before 7 am each morning. We did enjoy our week but will look for cleaner and more accommodating next trip.

Family Vacation

This place is amazing! The views from both decks are breathtaking. You can enjoy views from deck or from AC den. Den has large glass windows looking out at the water. The main floor with the kitchen and den is one big room, great for spending time with family. This place has 3 full bathrooms, makes it much easier for clean up after a day at the beach. Plenty of beach towels, chairs and water toys are provided. Also has a washer and dryer. You have direct access to the public beach. Step down is a dosiey for older folks. Just FYI....beach is crowded on certain days of the week, because you are very close to hotels and pier 60. You are within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. 5 minute drive to Publix for supplies. Host are easy to contact and were very gracious. Overall a great place to stay! Would go back in a heartbeat!!
