Enjoy the Comfortable Game Room with air hockey, table tennis, PS5, XBOX 360, smart TV with a comfortable couch & beanbag gaming seats! Drive the Golf Cart to Downtown Dunedin and enjoy all there is to offer! Endless Fun!

Main floor is a spacious, open-concept home with lots of space. Primary Bedroom & Bathroom, Formal Living room, "Family" room, Dining Area, Kitchen, Game Room/Family room, 2 Bunk rooms & the Laundry room.

Upstairs has a secondary primary King Bedroom with bathroom and the Twin XL room with another en suite bathroom. As well as a dedicated work area.

Off the kitchen, there is a large screened porch that connects you to the fenced area of the back yard. Equipped with comfortable furniture & a Grill.

We also have a golf cart on site to use during your stay. We just ask that you docu-sign the waiver and provide your ID & copy of insurance card.
