Welcome to Villa Madeira #501, a stunning beachfront condo on Madeira Beach offering the perfect getaway with breathtaking views. This corner unit features a wraparound screened balcony with plenty of seating, providing ample space to enjoy the fresh breeze from both the front and side of the condo. With 3 bedrooms and 2 updated bathrooms, there’s plenty of room here to relax and unwind. The recently renovated kitchen boasts sleek stainless-steel appliances, abundant storage, and all the utensils, dishes, and cookware you need to prepare meals. The large dining room table can easily accommodate your entire group.

The cozy living room features two new double reclining leather sofas, a large-screen TV, and easy access to the balcony, making it perfect for both relaxation and entertainment. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a TV, and its own balcony access, along with an attached master bathroom. Enjoy luxury with double sinks and an extra-large walk-in shower featuring an attached showerhead and detachable handheld giving you dual waterfall vibes. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and the third bedroom, though smaller, offers a full-sized bed, with a shared second bathroom nearby. Madeira Beach Villa

Great property. Just as presented. Views were amazing. Perfect location for our group. Access to the property was easy. Host was very easy to communicate with. Kitchen was well-equipped. Would definitely stay again.

Our third stay at this great property! Has most everything we need. Perfect location on a perfect beach. Never too busy, clean and beautiful. Spacious room and a huge balcony!

Has evo you would need, also the extended wrap around deck with views amazing, pool was heated, furniture very comfortable and space, the views were amazing, the screened in porch was also great , no bugs, listening to the waves every night was awesome, the beach is clean and wasn’t crowded like some, bring your fishing poles so you can fish, Great owner, got back with us quickly, would stay again

The condo is very nice and well-maintained. Communicating with Gid is very easy, and he is quick to respond. The overall facility is kept pretty well. This section of the beach is quiet, which suits us just fine. There is plenty to do in the area so that no one will be bored. We had a great time.

Summer breeze makes me feel fine!

Very relaxing! Fabulous views. Best feature…L shaped lanai..perfect to watch sunrise and sunset., sand powdery white. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels ..close to St. John pass, several restaurants close. Best grocery store Publix as usual. Saw many dolphins ..we had a wonderful family vacation (other family members stayed in the same complex) I’m sure we’ll be back !!

Great condo!!!! Great location!!!!

This is our 2nd time staying here. Celebrating our 45th Anniversary. The condo has a great roomy wraparound balcony with comfy chairs. Master Bed was wonderful as well as the master bathroom shower with multiple heads. The electric couch in living room was also a plus. Watching dolphins and the ocean from the balcony was very relaxing!!!! Many great restaurants to eat nearby!!!

It's all about the view and why we are here, and the view from this condo is gorgeous! Stayed week of 9/15/25.Positives: The corner condo with wrap around patio and directly on the beach is absolutely breath taking and what we all come here for. They have "items" for the beach, but some are really old, rusted and/or broken. The place was clean, esp. the frig. The couches were comfy and every seat reclined. All beds are very firm, but comfy. Mgmt was fast in replying to questions. Negatives: The check-in process is horrid! You are already tired from the trip, then have to drive to another location 15 mins. away to pick up an envelope with keys/parking paper and then drive back. There's a lockbox right in the door frame, so why not use that??? There is still construction so about 1/2 the parking spaces are taken up by equipment/contractors. Parking is currently first come, so you are not guaranteed the spot you were assigned to, on a daily basis. The shower heads are old and grimy, please spend a little to replace them. The two front bedrooms need a fresh coat of paint and black out curtains. The bedroom with the washer/dryer is always warm when pocket door is shut. They want you to start a load of towels when you leave, but don't supply detergent. In kitchen, they only provide two small dish towels (not enough). Dish drying rack missing bottom, so can't use.The negatives are minor and I would stay here again.

Absolutely Wonderful Condo and location

We loved this condo and the amenities were perfect. There were lots of supplies, beach toys, beach equipment, and kitchen utensils. Probably the best I've ever had in a rental. The owners are excellent communicators and very responsive. The location was perfect and we didn't have to drive after arrival. The two restaurants closest are Caddy's (on the beach) and Dockside Dave's. Both had SUPERB grouper sandwiches. The other dishes family ordered were also excellent. You will not regret choosing this condo!

Seashells Sunsets Souvenirs

The views from the corner condo were breathtaking. There was plenty of room for 6 adults. Comfy couches and beds. Coffee sunrises in the morning on the screened porch and walks on the shore at sunset were amazing. We enjoyed swimming out to the sand bar and watching dolphins play and finding all kinds of shells. Johns Pass has everything for food, fishing and souvenirs. Found treasures at the “Chicken Church” (Church by the Sea) thrift store. It was a fantastic family vacation!

Beautiful and well equipped

We arrived at the property the night before Tropical Storm Deby. Simultaneously the AC went out. The owner got someone out as soon as possible and the problem was quickly resolved. It is a beautiful corner condo with more than enough comfy furniture on the wrap around balcony. Oh, and a closet full of beach supplies. We left 2 new boogy boards to contribute. We will be back.

Home Away From Home

Fun and relaxing week with the family! Fully stocked with every kitchen need. More than sufficient toiletries. Beach towels, umbrellas, and more available for use. Beautiful wrap around balcony view, where we enjoyed fireworks from both Madeira and St Pete. Only perceived con was laundry was inside one of the smaller bedrooms. Beach area was very clean and not overly crowded. Only other con not specific to the rental itself was that the elevator was down several times, which was not in their control; however, required us to carry all luggage down 5 flights of stairs for check-out. The contractor did respond onsite immediately to address.

Check in was a little inconvenient due to multi locations. When we arrived at the condo construction was EVERYWHERE. The parking lot was half blocked off and the elevator did not work on multiple days. The inside of the condo was nice and like the pictures but I would have reconsidered if I had known the whole building was under construction. Cleanliness of the bathrooms was not the greatest unfortunately. Beach chairs and towels were not provided for the beach, which was a first after staying in multiple VRBO previously.
