Comfortable. Idyllic. Under thatch. Comfortable 2-room apartment under thatch in the house Jan Mayen with about 74 square meters on 1 level (ground floor) for up to 2 people. In a quiet location in the district Böhl in St. Peter-Ording. High quality furnished domicile with comfortable stove. Living room with sofa for 3 persons, two armchairs, cozy stove, large TV (cable), stereo compact system with CD player and dining table for 4 people. Semi-open kitchen with oven-microwave combination, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Direct access to the furnished garden terrace to the south with beach chair. Bedroom with double bed (2x 80x200cm), wardrobe and chair. Bathroom (bath) with bathtub with shower handpiece, toilet, bidet and daylight. No hair dryer. Hall with cloakroom, shoe rack and storage room with vacuum cleaner in the entrance area. Parking space and lockable bicycle garage available. Free Wi-Fi. In the staircase of the house is a free-use washing machine. The bed linen is provided. Towels can be booked. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Schönes Haus aber ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen

Die Ferienwohnung war weitestgehend weiträumig und schön. Die Ausstattung war nahezu wie beschrieben, wobei man nach der Waschmaschine ein wenig suchen musste. Leider gab es weder Feurholz, noch genügend Hygiene- und alltägliche Putzmittel, was ein wenig den gastfreundlichen Eindruck trügte. Generell war die Wohnung ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und die vielen Spinnenweben, sogar in Schränken hätten meiner Meinung nach beim regulären Putzen entfernt werden können. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein und lässt kaum Platz für Gepäck. Jedoch war das Bett bequem und groß. Die Wohnung war selbst im November recht überhitzt, leider funktionierte das Regulieren der Fußbodenheizung nicht, hier wäre eine Anleitung von Vorteil gewesen. Die Küche war gut eingerichtet und enthielt allerlei Kochutensilien, jedoch waren diese nahezu ausschließlich aus Plastik und scheinbar schon recht alt. Diese könnten einmal ersetzt werden. Das Bad inklusive Sanitäranlagen war groß und funktional, aber auch hier etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ein Duschvorhang wäre praktisch! Unklar war zunächst ob und wie vor dem Objekt geparkt werden kann. Dies könnte evtl. besser beschrieben werden.
