"Die Lage war für uns genau richtig ! Vor der Eingangstüre wuchs ziemlich hoch Unkraut ... Die Wohnung war sehr nett eingerichtet , nur manches ungeschickt gestellt! Man konnte die Türe der Terrasse nicht ganz aufmachen . Der Kühlschrank hatte kein Gefrierfach ... das Bad viel zu klein ! Der Garten war sehr gross ... könnte man auch etwas anschaulicher pflegen ! Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt!"

"Ich bin spontan mit meiner Mutter auf einen Kurztrip nach SPO gefahren. Selbst fahre ich schon seit einigen Jahren nach SPO und dies war auch schon mein vierter Aufenthalt dieses Jahr. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Haus und würden es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Da wir viel laufen und das Haus ziemlich mittig zwischen Dorf und Bad liegt war es perfekt von der Lage. Besonders der Wintergarten hat uns sehr gefallen. Immer wieder gerne. "

"Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Allerdings sind die Fugen und der Korb in der Dusche stark von Schimmel und Kalk betroffen. Sowohl die Fugen als auch der Korb müssen dringend erneuert werden. Da es im Bad kein Fenster gibt, sollte vielleicht eine stärkere Lüftung eingebaut werden. Die angegammelte Dusche passt überhaupt nicht zur insgesamt gepflegten Wohnung und trübt den Gesamteindruck deutlich. Auch der Eingangsbereich ist durch eine offensichtlich seit längerem...
