Zentrale Lage - aber nicht mehr zeitgemäß

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral zum Ortskern. Das Internet ist Top. Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock mit Blick auf den Hinterhof. Die Wohnung selbst und die Einrichtung ist sehr einfach. Die Töpfe und das Geschirr ist abgewohnt und sollte schnellstens Ersetzt werden, Herd ist auch in die Jahre gekommen, Stühle sind abgesessen, Sitzgarnitur und Sofa sind unterschiedlich. Beim Fernseher gehen nicht alle Programmen (SAT,RTL funktionieren nicht). Auch wenn man keine Ansprüche stellt ist aber der Preis zu hoch. Reparaturen, wenn notwendig wurden zeitnah und freundlich ausgeführt!
