"The hotel looks really nice and the staff was kind and courteous. But the fanciness the property shows off ends in the lobby. They call their standard rooms "Deluxe" as a marketing ploy, when in reality, they're incredibly small for the price you pay. It was maybe half the size of the Hilton hotel I stayed in the night before. The mini fridge is smaller than any other I've ever encountered in a hotel. It lacked a microwave and even a fan in the bathroom. The shower head was ancient but the water pressure and temperature were both good. Valet parking is $40 a night, but just two or three blocks away you can get 24 hour parking in a patrolled lot for $15 plus tax"

"The room was very clean and surprisingly quiet being so close to the airport. Very nice hotel with access to the mall. "

"Majority of the fitness room equipment was out of order. The hot tub was broken and drained. And the room a/c was loud and the toilet leaked"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. First time using the airport shuttle, very easy. Hotel could definitely use a refresh. But for a quick overnight before flying out it was good. "
