"To be honest the hotel was quite pleasent but the smell iminating from it was beyond tolerable. I know this hotel bases itself on the balances of the earth and the universe which is why calming and healing oils/scents are used but the strength of these said essintial oils/scents was over powering and neasuating. The elevators gave me a headache and every where near the service desks gave me a headache and made me feel sick to my stomach. Its like there was someone standing next to me wearing WAY to much cologne. Also, the customer service gentleman wore to much cologne and the valet attendent left our car reaking of a pungent cologne as well. Dont get me wrong.. i like a nice scent here and there but the hotel itself had too much and so did its employees."

"I would not recommend staying here. We are not typically picky with our hotel selections and we were so frustrated. They have the loudest AC set up in the world so if you're going at any time where AC is necessary stay away. The look of the rooms are very chic but the layout makes absolutely no sense. They went all out on decorations but don't even have a side table on one side of the bed. Very impractical, long narrow layout for two people. There are no hotel staff- the restaurant doubles as a place to ask questions. You check yourself in. Our key stopped worked 20 mins before checkout which made it challenging to load up our car. Nothing about this was worth the expensive price we paid."

"I was very comfortable staying here. I chose to travel by scooter (many available within a couple block walk) to downtown and River North neighborhoods. Confluence park is close by and a great place to hang if you want to chill. Ball Arena and the Rockies stadium are pretty close by scooter or a quick drive. This is not a fancy hotel. It is clean and comfortable. The bed was to my liking."
