"Rezeption nach 17 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt. Die Zimmerkarte erhält man nach Umherirren im Hotel durch eine Servicekraft. Hier wäre eine Info dazu am Empfang wünschenswert gewesen. Der Wellnessbereich ist soweit i.O. Rotlichtkabinen jedoch weiterhin außer Betrieb. Im Ruhebereich Deckenabdeckung aus Stoff durch Wasserschaden beschädigt. Sitzpolster verschmutzt. Den muffigen schlechten Geruch kann ich nur bestätigen. Die Auslegeware auf dem Gang scheint sehr in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Im Zimmer...

"Older property, but they have obviously been investing and modernizing recently. There's an amazing new playground and walking area behind the first building and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool is pretty deep everywhere, but a fairly good temperature and very clean and nice. Our two kids enjoyed it, but only because one can swim and the other still has water wings. With the included Aktivcard, all the local swimming pools are included, so you can also just go to one of them instead. We were really surprised at what all was included with the card and were wishing we had more time to make use of it. Definitely a bargain and we will be back! :-) Oh yeah, beautiful view as well! (We were on the 7th floor.)"
