Checking in the man was on the phone claiming he was trying to rest the internet. Then told me there was no 1st floor rooms. Then started to raise his voice to me about how i reserved the room and what i requested. He was really rude and unprofessional. The young lady even rolled her eyes at him.

About what I expected for a cheap hotel outside STL. No coffee available, no breakfast at all. Did have WiFi but was an older hotel needing a few upgrades. I just needed a cheap place to sleep and shower so it was fine for me.

We were at an event at the NEC and just needed a place with a shower and bed. This was not fancy with lots of amenities, but clean and adequate and reasonably priced. We would stay here again.

I was worried this would not be a good place, given the low cost...but it was very nice! Attractive and clean, but not fancy. Just what we needed!

The hotel was unique. Overall, it was clean and smelled nice. The check-in was a bit confusing she asked repeated questions and acted as if we didn't understand what she was telling us. She asked if we wanted smoking or non-smoking and we said "Non". Then she went on for several minutes letting us know what would happen if we did choose to smoke in the room. When we clearly asked for non-smoking. When we tried to check out we rang the bell several times and waited but no one ever came to the front desk. We left the key card on the counter and hoped that was ok. There was a random dryer in the hallway. Not plugged in or being used... just being stored there. The beds were comfortable but the pillows had no body to them. The rooms were very dated and the chairs had some stains on them. House cleaning also left a dirty and torn-up towel on our bathroom counter. Parking was not great. We had to park all the way in the back rather than by the door we would enter through. Would I stay here again, I am not sure. Was it the worst stay in the world, absolutely not. It was clean and smelled nice and the bed was comfortable. So if I couldn't book elsewhere then this would be an option.

Although this is a no frills, motel with no breakfast or pool, it met my needs.I didn't find an elevator and I was on the second floor. I needed an inexpensive motel close to Echo Creek where I was attending a bridal shower brunch on Sunday morning. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Furniture was old but there was a refrigerator and microwave.No coffeepot.For my short stay, it was perfect.

Wasn’t that special. People bang on walls all day. Room strong cigarette smell not sure if anything was clean. Wouldn’t recommend some where to lay head but… Did have fridge and microwave

Heaven in bad weather
Room was clean and warm in a snowstorm. Only slight negative was the girl at the counter had not profected the signin proceedture. She will learn.

Good prices. The hotel lacks the ability to provide their guest with the most basic needs. I requested a clean sheet to cover up a very stained and soiled chair in my room. I was denied this service. Our towels were dirty from our use, the evening of our stay. I went to the front office to ask for clean towels. I was denied clean towels until morning. I called the front desk before 7:30 am, to request clean towels for our morning showers. I was once again, denied clean towels. I was told that I could not have clean towels until 10:30 am, 30 minutes before checkout. Unacceptable and quite frankly, a ridiculous practice for a hotel. Thanks, but, no thanks

Carpet in halls appeared to be new. Room was clean. Too much furniture in room. Soap did not lather. Area around hotel seemed unsafe and unattractive. Though a good value we definitely would not stay again.

Stain on sheets and pillow case that were very large and should have been seen. Inside door chain was broken off. In order to lock the door I had to lift the door while trying to lock it. Everything is dated and attached via extension cables. I would not stay at this place unless I had to absolutely had to.
