This hotel was very noisy the floor above our room u could hear people walking all night hot tub was dirty things floating around in hot tub

The room had a bad oddor, the mattress was uncomfortable & old. The sheets were ripped. The pillows were lumppy, old & uncomfortable. There was paint slopped on door handles. The 3rd floor that we were put on seemed like it was newly remodeled but poorly. There was loud constructiin going on on the 2nd floor & employees were overheard yelling at each other. The room was way over priced but i was issued a credi but have yet to see it on my credit card.

It wasn’t a bad place it just wasn’t the best it was clean but just enough to be passable enough like the table in between the beds was dusted but only as far as they could reach by semi bending over the dust was so thick beyond easy hand reach one bed literally had board hanging out sides at least 2 1/2 inches it’s not in any way modern stuff was even still left in our mini fridge

Always great!
We have stayed here many times over the years with our boys playing baseball in the St. Louis area. They’ve recently remodeled the entire third floor which is where we stayed. The new upgrades are modern and comfortable. We will always stay here if given the option.

The room was very warm. We had the AC in in the middle of December. Found out we were above the laundry room. The room was very dusty. It didn’t seem to have been cleaned or mopped before we arrived. We had an ant infestation that they had to come and clean and spray for. We were left a half roll of toilet paper when we arrived. Had to ask for a roll both days for 3 women.

I’d visited chesterfield for a concert at “The Factory.” Economical, close to the venue, and a little ways out of the city, it was a pleasant clean & quiet place to sleep.

The pool was out of order which was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Also, the bathroom had the strongest acidic scent that gave our party headaches.

Older property and was being renovated when we stayed. Was raining and couldn't park at the entrance for check-in because they had a lift parked there. Carpets and elevator somewhat dirty. Wet paint in the stairs. Room was OK except one of those with the sink outside the bathroom. Breakfast was good but should have been for the price. Location if headed west is good to avoid morning rush but there are cheaper properties down the road in Warrenton.
