I was just traveling through and needed an overnight stay. The shower was just lukewarm - didn't get hot. A pet peeve of mine. Someone in a room above me must have ran their shower/tub for over an hour and the water started dripping through my ceiling and I had to be moved to another room. Rooms aren't sound proof as I heard the person above me walking around all night long. However, it felt safe and staff did try to help me out when there was a water problem. Rooms are starting to show their wear.

We only stayed for one night. Breakfast needs fresh fruit. It was a standard room and all four of the girls I was with felt safe. I would stay again for traveling hotel.

Toilet plugged. No maintenance staff available so front desk tried and failed to fix. Hotel offered no assistance and alternate room was unavailable. They just expected us to stay in the room anyway. We checked out, asked for a refund which was not forthcoming, and stayed elsewhere. We have tried calling during business hours to contact the owners about a refund three times, and they have never been available. Really unacceptable experience.

PROS - Very convenient location if you are just stopping by for the night. Pleasant front desk person, very helpful. Larger rooms than most hotels. CONS - Unclean. Very limited breakfast options. very limited bathroom essentials.

Happy night out of the snow!
We were taveling in blowing snow all afternoon - what a warm, clean, easy access place to stay! There was a family in the pool laughing, and our room on the 3rd floor was warm and roomy! We had a nice breakfast first thing in the morning. Very happy with our stay!

I stayed for 1 night on my trip home. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel is directly off of the highway right between a travel center and a gas station (so very helpful) the room was clean and secure. Only complaints were minor. 1. my microwave didn't work. And 2. The weird institutional greenish lighting in the bathroom was very creepy. For context, I was put in an "accessible" room with a bigger bathroom than standard and the weird florescent lighting did that "hum" and highlighted the bathtub to the point where (with the way that it was framed) it looked kinda like the bathtub from The Shining. At least thats what my exhausted brain conjured when going in there. As I said. Minor complaints that said more about me than the facility.

Room had 2 bath towels and 2 wash rags - it sleeps 4 and we had reservation for three. Sleeper sofa pulled out, but no sheet, extra blankets or pillows in the room.

The bedroom area was acceptable, the bathroom was not. The toilet rocked on the floor, the shower curtain was orange at the lower seam from rust or mold and the shower drained very slowly, the floor was sticky, the fixtures for towels, and accessibility were all falling off the walls.

The rooms need updated and towels need replaced with new ones! No room service from Thursday to Monday which I thought was horrible and not a big selection at breakfast! Will be looking for different hotel when we stay here 4 times a year
