Not what expected
The listing shows multiple beds in one room. The room had a pull out couch bed and all other beds were mattresses stored in garage and basement areas. We were very cramped with 7 guys trying to sleep. Photos appeared to be a much newer place.

Not what we expected
This listing said it can have 10+ people staying. We rented it specifically because we had 8 people. There are only 2 bathrooms and one was attached to master. It was very difficult to coordinate bathroom usage. Sleeping arrangements were not as listed. There were only 2 pull out sofas which were awful to sleep on, no futon.. I would not recommend more than 6 people stay here as the spaces are tight. From a cleanliness perspective, we saw a mouse in the house the first night, unable to find it. There is mold in the master bath that needs to be cleaned. We were left with 2 tolls of toilet paper, 1 for each bathroom.. The back deck area was nice. We were left with 2 LP tanks, 1 each for grill and fire pit, which we utilized both. Without the outdoor space, we would have been extremely cramped during dinner. We survived for the 2 nights but would not want the stay here to be longer for the number of people we had.

The owner was very accommodating and the Christmas decorations were greatly appreciated. The home was smaller than expected. The exterior of the house would benefit from some TLC.

Sisters trip
"Me and my sisters (10 of us) really enjoyed your home. It was clean and comfortable and plenty of space for all of us to sleep. The beds were comfortable, there was even a foam padding for the sofa beds if needed. We loved the big deck, it was perfect for us to have breakfast and dinner out there. The house was equipped with everything we needed. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a spacious, quiet place for their stay."

very accomodating, friendly and comfortable
The house worked well for us and our 6 kids. The small intex pool was a big hit with our little two, 6 and 3. We made a last minute trip to St. Louis and the owners were very accomodating in letting us check in the same day as booking even though the the website would not allow us to use "same day" for arrival time. The people before us told them of a broken couch and they had it replaced right away, with two new ones actually. Would look to rent another property from them again if we get back to St. Louis. They were great people to work with and made this last minute vacation possible for our family.

Great Stay
This place was exactly what we anticipated. Days before checking in one of the girls contracted Covid-19, though we had not aimed up for the trip protection the owners were willing to work with us. The girls still manages to have a great time without one of their friends. The rooms were spacious and the porch was as relaxing as the indoors. We would definitely stay at this property again. Very nice and clean!!!!

Very roomy!
I love the rooms and patio here. The set up we had was so cute and everyone who stayed slept so comfortably! The patio is just amazing and everything was easy to access!
