Very nice staff; efficient check in; pet friendly. Lots of renovations going on so lobby etc. and outside property in disarray but informative signage gave specific doors etc. to use. Room clean and quiet. Would stay again

We stayed in a newly renovated room and our feedback is that you need to have a finisher come in to spiff it up before rolling it out. Door hinges have pain on them, microwave door doesn’t work, fridge is not functioning and smells bad

Overall, wasn’t a fan of this hotel. The carpet in the hallways looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in quite a while. The continental breakfast was your average selections. But the worst part was the staff. Hard to understand their English and when we checked out, the man from the front desk came running outside to question me about my dogs even though the front desk person the night before approved their stay. I wouldn’t stay here, especially if traveling with pets.

Limited breakfast hours (3 hours from 6am-9am). After coming in from a 29 hour drive we were not greeted and the front desk agent was on a personal phone call the entire time upon checking us in. He talked too fast to understand and mumbled as well. The rooms were alright but below average. They are doing work on the inside and outside of the hotel so there was a lot of construction stuff everywhere.

Lots of issues here. We were first sent to a room that was already occupied. The breakfast was subpar, and the electricity in part of the room - needed to cook waffles and keep potatoes and eggs warm - wasn’t working, and the staff couldn’t figure it out. There was also a barely clothed woman (likely a prostitute) walking around.

The property is undergoing renovation so construction crews were everywhere. When it is complete, this will be a nice place to stay. The work out room is very limited (and the pool was closed). Needs a few benches, strength machines, not just treadmills.

The room was very nice and the ac unit worked well however the drain pan was clogged and got a large portion of the carpet wet causing it to smell after a day and I stayed there 5 nights. The staff and amenties were well but pool was closed.
