"The drain in the shower didn’t drain right in room 20 and we didn’t have back up toilet paper and ran out of towels also when u ran the ac it made the room dry! And this was our second time staying here!"

"This is a relatively clean property but very dated. Most everything needs updating. Individual who checked me in and assisted with getting the TV and Internet working was very polite and helpful."

"This is a perfect little place to stay in Frankemuth. It's a modest hotel, but is clean, has updates and the room was spacious. It's close to everything we were here to see, so that was a plus. We'd definitely stay here again. "

"The ResidenZ at Bavarian Inn was a perfect place for my siblings and me to have a mini family reunion. Check-in was a breeze. There were 11 of us, all adults, and we found the home to be comfortable, spacious and met all our needs. We were there for 4 nights and had most of our meals at the residence. We brought a lot of prepared meals that just needed to be heated in the oven, but the kitchen was well-equipped. There was enough dinnerware and flatware for probably 20 to 25 people. The three king bedrooms and two double queens were just right for our particular family of three couples, two singles, and a family of three. Not every bedroom had an attached bathroom, but there were 5 full bathrooms overall. We had plenty of room to spread out in two living areas downstairs, plus a sitting area upstairs in the loft overlooking the dining room. The location is great for its walkability. Within minutes, you can be in the heart of Frankenmuth with abundant shops and restaurants and a walking path along the river. It's a very cute Bavarianesque town with gorgeous flower beds everywhere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"
