Mala Gestione di una Struttura Bellissima

Purtroppo per la struttura che risulta magnifica,il vero problema è legato sia al check-in troppo tardi, che al check-out troppo presto alle 10:00.. Poi c’è stato qualche problema con l’acqua calda e con il televisore in camera.. Ma l’unico problema vero è l’impossibilità di contattare la proprietà o il gestore, innanzitutto non c’è nessuno che parla italiano è questo a MALTA lascia pensare, poi non risponde nessuno potresti anche morire . Riepilogando la struttura è veramente incantevole ma le persone che la gestiscono secondo me non capiscono nulla né di turismo ne di ospitalità ne di accoglienza insomma non capiscono un C...O
