"Stayed five nights with family whilst attending a wedding. Ronaldo was great at check-in and most helpful. Rooms are spacious and well equipped with iron, hair dryer, slippers and robes. Restaurant offers great choice of food and drink with plenty of staff available to serve and clear up. Had a sea view room with view of pools and then bay. Overall can fault the hotel. Just a shame about all the building works in the vicinity but otherwise an enjoyable stay. May have had a slightly conscientious room maid for our son's room who seemed to have thrown away a bottle cap for one of his creams and plastic sleeves for a couple of his clothing items, but otherwise rooms were cleaned well."

"We had a fantastic stay at The Westin Dragonara Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself is excellent, with beautiful surroundings and well-maintained facilities. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and of a very high standard, making it easy to relax as a family. The breakfast was lovely, with a great selection that everyone enjoyed each morning. The heated indoor and outdoor pools were a real highlight for us - perfect for both relaxing and keeping the children entertained. Overall, a great experience - friendly staff, a great hotel, and a really enjoyable stay. We would happily return and highly recommend it to others visiting Malta."

"Staff are really helpful and v kind. Spa is relaxing and massages plentiful. V relaxing place and v well located. Away from clubs etc but easily walkable. I gave 4 due to one issue at the restaurant: Atrio - food was bland and badly made. Meal cost 160 Euros... For that would've expected a modicum of a decent meal. I did complain and even met the chef, they were apologetic as risotto lacked consistency, and wasn't tasty at all. Chicken also wasn't seasoned properly. They offered to swap the dish which was kind of the staff and they listened to my advice, which again endearing and kind. Would've given 3 stars but learning from a mistake is a positive hence 4 stars. I will be back and hopefully this minor incident won't be repeated. Thx"

"The hotel was great , rooms large and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a lot of selection. Hotel is in a very convenient area bus at end of street takes you to the old town and ferry terminal. Late at night it is a little noisy as there are bars close. But overall it was a great hotel. "

"Location of the hotel is very convenient - plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. St Julian's bay is close by and the hotel has a rooftop pool and bar as well to enjoy the sunset. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was good with a wide spread of fresh fruit, baked items and eggs - scrambled, fried and omelettes on different days."

"We stayed as a family of four and had a fantastic stay overall. The rooms are spacious, spotless and well equipped, and the drinkable water tap in the bathroom is a standout feature. All staff were consistently warm and attentive — everyone greets you as you pass, which creates a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel’s common areas are beautifully maintained, and both the indoor and outdoor pools are lovely. The fitness suite is excellent too. We did experience some noise from the fitness area in our particularroom, but management responded immediately and offered an alternative room. We appreciated how quickly they acted, even though we chose to stay put. The only area that could be improved is the buffet breakfast for guests with dietary needs. My wife is coeliac, and while staff were always helpful, there’s no clear allergy signage. This meant we had to ask for for food to be prepared separately each morning, but basic simple labelling and simple.cross‑contamination measures would have make the experience much easier. Overall, this was an excellent stay and absolutely deserving of five stars. We’d happily return and recommend Hilton Malta to other families."
