Ant’s Waterfront 2 Bdrm Cabin w/ Best Sunset View!

Stay comfortably in Saint Joseph at this 2-bedroom cabin located on the riverfront with the best view in town, wifi, 2 bedrooms, and central heat/air conditioning. The bathroom features a bidet so you can stay fresh and a hair dryer for added convenience. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our cabin.
There is a train that passes by a couple blocks away on occasion.

Nestled just outside of town… a few blocks away, find new mountain bike trails. 2 miles away sits a casino, boat ramp, boat dock, conservation center, and a new riverwalk path that provides a peaceful path to historic downtown St. Joseph! Museums, great food, and amazing sunsets await you!

The Space:
This is a 2 bedroom duplex unit located just outside of town, nestled right on the riverfront. You can open the curtains to welcome in tons of natural light and a beautiful view of the river. The curtains also work efficiently to block out the light, when closed, if your goal is to watch Netflix or simply get some much-needed rest.

One bedroom has a huge king bed, memory foam mattress, full dresser, and double closet.

The second bedroom has a queen bed that boasts a comfy mattress, full dresser, and closet as well.

In the living room, you will find a couch and smart tv is capable of logging onto any of your subscriptions so you don't have to worry about missing your favorite shows. Rock fireplace is purely aesthetic as insurance doesn’t allow us to burn anything inside, but feel free to use the outdoor fire-pit for a nice fire.

Next to the living room is a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare and enjoy a meal. If you use the kitchen, please clean/dry what you used and put it back where you found it. In the morning, brew yourself a fresh cup of coffee with the provided coffee maker.

This rock wall bathroom with rain shower, his and her sinks, and bidet has everything you need to keep you feeling brand new!

Outside, find a huge concrete patio with all the things you need to relax and enjoy a breathtaking sunset over the river or a campfire under the stars including chairs, a grill, and a fire-pit!

If needed, a laundry room and thermostat are located in the hallway of this duplex.
Both units have access to this laundry room so all we ask is that you please be courteous of that.

If you use appliances, dirty dishes, or make a mess, please clean, dry, and return them how they were. The maid will take care of normal maid duties such as general wipe down, sweeping washing towels and linens, etc. Thank you for respecting this home as if it were your own.

Guest Access:
You have access to the entire east duplex(farthest from the road). The left side parking space in the driveway is yours and there is plenty of parking on the road if needed as well.
The parking, huge yard, and huge concrete patio are shared spaces with the other side of the duplex.

Other things to note:
Absolutely NO smoking, vaping, or burning anything inside. Picking up/cleaning up your mess aside from normal maid duties is appreciated!
