  • Nestled in the Southside Hills of Fort Amherst, Wareham’s Cove House is located portside of the harbour in the oldest city in North America, historic St. Johns. Built by a local fishing family in 1941, this historic home with all its old-world charm and character has withstood the test of time. It has been recently modernized with all the amenities of modern day living.
    The home has a beautiful view of the St, John's harbour and Cabot Tower.
    Watch boats large and small chug through the narrows as you sit on the deck outside or from sitting inside the home.
