"The house was the perfect size and located close to St. Augustine. It looks like it is new and felt like it. Two items: The couch is not really a couch it's more like a daybed, not very comfortable for relaxing/watching TV. Also, it was the coldest night of the year and the heat did not go higher than 67 degrees. It was very cold. Owner came by the second and couldn't get it fixed. He stated he would have it fixed. "The home was clean and it was a great fit for us and our friends. Location was good..quiet street. Didn’t take long to get to the downtown area or to other locations we visited. The outlet mall is not far away either. We really enjoyed the downtown area at night and the lighthouse was also neat to visit!"
