"Upon arriving to our stay, Kathy checked our group in and she was simply amazing. I wish I could name everyone who helped my family and I because every employee I encountered was helpful and kind. The room was spotless and cozy. We have 2 children so the pool was an awesome place to end the day. They have hot chocolate in the lobby, and continental breakfast, which we enjoyed and the over all experience was a 10 out of 10. Will definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you Elk Country Inn!!"

"There isn’t enough room to state how perfect every single detail was during our stay at Hotel Jackson! Our rooms were always spotless every time we entered. Turn~Down service was perfect! The extra touches like biscotti, hot tea, coconut macaroons, luxurious shower products, and candies certainly made us feel pampered! Each and every staff member was so helpful and friendly. From the doormen, the Waitstaff and bartenders, the concierge service arranging tours last minute and housekeeping always doing the little things.
