There was no soap to be found in the room. I wanted to take a shower after being in the airports all day. I had to find management and ask them to get me some. The booking receipt told me check in was 3:00 pm but when I went there, they told me it was 4:00 pm. They let us in early. I thought maybe it was a fluke that we had no soap that day but I stayed there again four days later coming back from my trip and we didn’t have soap again. We arrived at the hotel at 9:45 pm and nobody was in the office anymore. We had an envelope to tell us our room number and code but nobody was around to be able to get us some soap. We eventually had to go to Smith’s at 11:00 pm. I was not happy. I paid a cheap price online for the place ($115) and I wouldn’t stay there again. In peak season the rates jump to $300 a night. I would be really upset if I paid that much money during peak season. I thought the room was average and nothing special. We also had issues with the heat being too high. When we figured out how to turn it off, the room was still too hot sleep in. Just because you get something for a great deal doesn’t mean you get something nice. I should have known better booked a different place
