Great place to stay near US Virgin Islands National Park. Host was extremely helpful and responsive. Kitchen was perfect for cooking simple meals and wifi worked great. Highly recommend.

This place is always a pleasure and exactly what we need in St. John

This little place is perfect for me and my husband while in St. John. Near everything, very clean, comfortable bed, Wi-Fi and great views from the balcony. We've never had an issue here after four stays and Hannah is excellent.

Great studio space

Hannah was great at communicating throughout the entire process. Her place was perfect for our over night stay in St John. She provided taxi drivers who knew her place well so we felt safe and didn’t have to worry about having trouble finding the location. St John was our favorite part of the USVI trip!

Nice studio in St John

Nice studio apartment with all necessities required for a short stay in St John. Close to ferry, restaurants, and supermarket. Owner was helpful with instructions and directions to get to the stay. Owner was also very responsive and helped get the room ready immediately, since there was some mix-up and our room was not cleaned up by the check-in time. Owner was quick to fix that and was very helpful.

Nice, clean suite. Hannah was very accommodating- included a list of familiar taxi drivers….that was very helpful. Enjoyed peaceful mornings on the porch with ocean view and local wildlife. Provided us with towels and beach chairs - great perk!

Fabulous stay, great price

This place was a hidden gem! It was overwhelming to see how much places have skyrocketed in price over the years but we were so happy to find this place! It was perfect for a couple to stay that included a mini kitchen. We were able to cook breakfasts, pack lunches for the beach and even had a spaghetti dinner one night.! The walk from to town was challenging to say the least but not impossible. It’s St. John and expected with the hills! Def recommend a car but parking was fine and our gps got us back fine everytime. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Overall would def recommend this place and will come back to stay here! The beach chairs were a plus also!

Room with Terrace and Nice Location

The room was nicely designed, had everything we needed and was close to a grocery store and downtown area. We did not want to rent a car for our short stay so we actually walked to town and it was easy except for the last 1/2 mile that was hilly (Typical for the area). The pay-off was that the view from the terrace was spectacular. Fortunately, It was easy and inexpensive to get taxis at the ferry dock.

Comfortable and convenient

The studio had everything we needed. The views were great. Hannah was very responsive when we needed better directions. The only downside, which is not the fault of the condo, was that even though it was close to town, it is not walkable because of the narrow steep streets.

We checked in for a short getaway and were pleasantly surprised. We normally stay in hotels but we wanted to be able to stay in a make our own meals and this was perfect. It was quiet and secluded and the room was clean and comfortable. It had every amenity we needed. We will definitely be back the next time we need an escape. We didn't have a car but they provided us a list with cab drivers that were familiar with the property so we didn't have any issue getting to or from whenever we needed to.

The property was exactly as shown. Very clean and perfect size for 2. I would say a car rental is a must as it isn't really walkable to Cruz Bay. Met the owner who was great. There was some delay in communication with the property manager but it was worked out in the end. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to singles or couples. And they have a generator which is fantastic due to the power issues St John has been having.

Perfect for a short get away. Really appreciated set parking so we could get the rental off the street. As many homes, wouldn't do this one if on foot. Quaint breakfast table, nestled in the trees. Host was easy to communicate with. Others who lived above in the house were very respectful. Peace and quiet. Just what we needed
