When you venture out only 5 minutes you will find excellent shopping, fantastic restaurants, and affordable transportation to the untouched, protected beaches of the St. John in the National Park.

Take a 20 minute nature walk to two of St. John's most pristine beaches, Salomon and Honeymoon Beach or rent a dinghy right outside of your condo and boat the whole north shore of St. John.

A 2 minute walk from your condo to rent a jeep and you will explore the full beauty of this 'untouched' island. We have you covered with available beach towels, chairs and coolers. Don't worry about the parking, we have a reserved parking spot just for you at your Cruz Bay condo - a rare commodity in downtown St. John.

Wonderful island visit; great location to town of Cruz Bay; walk to everything in town! The Grande Bay was right next to restaurants and bars. Perfect location! Parking included with our rental unit.

Excellent rental unit with a location that can't be beat

This is a fantastic place to stay if you want comfortable accomodations right in Cruz Bay within walking distance to resturants and shopping. I've been to St. John many times and continue to come back to stay at Grande Bay due to the convenient location. This 1 bedroom unit was clean and comfortable and also provided a parking spot (I always rent a Jeep to get around the island). I highly recommend this unit and would stay again.

This place was fantastic! So close to town. Beautiful big balcony. Everything you could possibly need for the beach. Chairs, towels, several coolers, noodles, fins, inner tubes. We will definitely be back.

Great Accommodations Close to Carnival Festivities

The property was the perfect distance to the downtown center, easily walkable, and close to several eating and drinking establishments. The unit itself was clean and spacious with an onsite pool that was perfect for relaxing. I would definitely stay here again!

Don’t hesitate, stay here!

This is our second time staying at John’s property, fourth time staying at Grande Bay. Both times we’ve had an incredible experience. The condo is clean, perfectly spacious for two (think it would also be comfortable for more), and has basic beach amenities such as towels, chairs, coolers, snorkeling gear, etc. You can’t beat the convenience of Grande Bay - The staff is wonderful, we always make friends with the other guests, pool is amazing and location is the best. Don’t hesitate, book here!

Location, Location, Location!

Our family of 4 stayed in John's most perfect condo for Easter weekend. It is the perfect spot- easy, short walking distance to all the great restaurants, bars, and shops in Cruz Bay. The balcony views were amazing! John provided us with everything we could possibly need or want- comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, large bathroom, and a spacious balcony! We will definitely stay here for our next trip.

This is our third time staying at Grande Bay, first time staying at this condo. The unit was great, clean and comfortable. Nice TV in the bedroom, outdoor furniture and big bathroom. Unit has coolers, chairs, etc which is super nice for the beach. We will be back!

Location

The unit is located just steps away from restaurants, bars, and shopping. There is a dedicated parking spot if you rent a vehicle while you are on St John. The unit itself has everything you could possibly need to include beach chairs, ice chests,etc.

Perfect Location

We stayed a week at Sunsets and Breezes and had a wonderful stay. It had a more spacious layout than other 1 bedroom condos we’ve stayed at in the past. We walked to town every day and had easy access to everything we needed. I didn’t get the best rest due to the bed being a bit firmer than I’m used to. Other than that, it was perfect!

John’s property was ideal for our family of 3. Clean, well stocked and perfectly located within walking distance to all the fun in Cruz bay. The property manager, Rachel, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We had an issue with the living room TV and she was there in a matter of minutes to troubleshoot the problem. We truly enjoyed talking with her and hearing all about living and owning on the island. We will be back soon and John’s place will be the first on our list if available.

Sunsets and Breezes

Comfy and extremely clean condo in great location. Weather was rainy day 1 & 2 so it was nice to have a good selection of games and DVD’s. Liked the high top table on the balcony. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of beach supplies. The only hiccup was not being informed prior to our arrival that the elevator was out of service as my husband has mobility issues. We made it work though. Thank you!
