Gardenia is a newly renovated villa boasting privacy with expansive views. Entering the villa, you are greeted by floor-to-ceiling windows that frame breathtaking views of Cruz Bay, the Pillsbury Sound, and the distant lights of St. Thomas, resembling a sparkling crystal ball after dark.
The renovations are extensive in this villa with new kitchen cabinets, floors and quartzite countertops. The new appliances include an oven with stovetop, convection microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, a built-in drink cooler, washer and dryer. The bathrooms have also been updated with new quartzite countertops, new vanities and stylish undermount sinks.
The new furnishings feature an incredibly comfortable sectional sofa and a coffee table perfect for lively group games such as Monopoly, Scrabble, Clue, Yahtzee, Cards Against Humanity, Left Center Right, Uno, Jenga and playing cards. The new dining table, chairs, and bar stools beautifully complement the open floor plan, encouraging togetherness. This property prioritizes privacy, with the primary suite in its own wing and the second and third bedrooms accessed via an exterior balcony. The upstairs loft provides additional seclusion with heavy blackout curtains. The villa was perfect. I highly recommend it. Nicely decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed. The Hills location is close to Cruz Bay so it’s an easy drive or taxi ride to town. Scott with the concierge was very helpful.
Beautiful view!! Very spacious. Plenty of rooms. Multiple balconies to enjoy the view!

Solid accommodations, not great setting
The condo had tons of rooms, well laid out for a large group and very well equipped for all of our needs. Beds were comfortable and condo had fabulous views. Pool was small but a very nice option. The property (condo and especially the health club) needs a deep cleaning and everything is showing lots of wear. We didn’t love the location. While close to Cruz Bay, tough getting there up some very steep hills and sketchy run down neighborhood surrounding The Hills.
Everything was very nice and the location was very secure and easy to get to once we knew the way. The staff quickly responded to an issue with the dish washer and everyone was happy with the establishment.

The villas at the hills is perfect for family oriented friends. The area is quiet and its very relaxing. Definitely would recommend this place for anyone who is looking to really relax. Those who are looking for fun and partying should look at St. Thomas.
My party arrived before I did so I was unaware of the non-smoking area. After cleaning up after our stay and tipping the housekeeper for no reason, I was still charged $500. I did comply because we were at fault. But you'd think they would charge us less than that since we literally saw their employees smoking around the villa. That's why my party thought smoking outside would be fine. But we were fined regardless.
Absolutely Amazing from start to finish...we were met at the airport once arrived the house Is immaculate had everything we needed.....more than enough space for 6 people right off the water to wake up to the Beautiful View of St.John....Carlie was awesome to us we will definitely return......
LOVED our villa. Only complaint was that we could not stay longer! Amazing views! Would be nice if it was walkable to town, but it is a short drive. Only complaint is that some of the staff in the pool area were not very attentive or friendly. But overall it was a very pleasant stay and we would return for sure.
Awesome views of Cruz Bay. Definitely a great place for families or friend groups. The units offer privacy and a great common space. Highly recommend.

Perfect accommodations and property manager is the best
Stayed 2-6-19 to 2-10-19, four couples so perfect 4 bedroom, each with on suite bath. Our villa was in excellent condition as was the entire property. Great location for heading to Cruz Bay and rest of the island. Paula was our contact and was very helpful and great to work with. Definitely recommend.

Great condo in perfect location!
We stayed here for a week over New Year. We are a family of 6 and this was a great condo for us. It was clean, comfortable and light filled with spacious rooms and terraces some of which had fabulous views over Cruz Bay. It was conveniently located - a five minute drive to town, and within easy reach of the island's beaches (we rented Jeeps and got around easily, although the driving does take a little getting used to - lots of very steep hills and while the driver's seat is on the left, you drive on the right like in the UK). Our only 2 small issues were that the Wifi stopped working 3 days before the end of our stay and was never fixed, and there were not enough beach towels. Other than that (and those were very minor issues), Carrie and Nicole were awesome in addressing all our needs and responding very quickly to our questions, in addition to be very helpful with booking activities and restaurants. We would definitely consider renting this condo again in the future.
